Went here for the 1st time on Saturday for brunch. They give you a coaster green means you want more other side is red.. I didn’t know what to expect when it came to the kids options. My grandson was able to pick different options. He especially enjoyed the honemade ice cream .. They offered an omelet station with several options. The meats that are offered are VERY DELICIOUS . The complimentary sides are rolls ,mashed potatoes and fries. Everything was hot and DELICIOUS.. Upon entrance they make you feel Welcomed. The area is colorful with a relaxing feeling. The tables and chairs are comfortable also. The restrooms were very clean. The service was Awesome and they constantly check on you.. I Highly recommend dining here if you enjoy different types of Meats.

Man this was me and my Wife’s first time here and I had a blast!!!! Good quality food with a 5 star experience! My waitress Daren was Amazing and made the experience twice as better! He was humorous, talkative, and had very good food choice recommendations that paid off for us at the end. Daren made sure we were well taken care of! I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!

I was very impressed with this new location! I’ve been to a couple of Fogo de Chaos before, Naperville and OakBrook and Rosemont and the new one in Orland Park was excellent! Our server Laura was great as well along with the manager Tony! All the cuts of meat were excellent especially the lamp, bottom sirloin, beef ribs and the garlic steak was amazing! The only problem with this place is I tend to over eat. Lol. The cheese with the honey is also something to try for sure! Great ambiance and staff was very friendly and attentive!

This place here is the place to go if you’re ready for plenty of food to eat. I mean they just keep coming at you with the meat. They don’t play. Those chicken legs and chicken thighs are gorgeous and so delicious. Make sure you get that. Everything everything was good, I mean everything. The service was great. The employees are great. Great hostesses, great management. Their Coca-Cola is so good. It comes to you cold with the ice but it’s cold before they put the ice in there. I don’t know about anybody else, but I love me a cold Coca-Cola. This is a must go if you’re ever in Orland Park. I didn’t take a lot of pictures because I was too busy eating.

I went to the new Orland Park location with an 8 p.m. reservation. We were seated right away and ordered the Best of Brazil, which excludes the ribeye and lamb chops. The meal was a 6 out of 10, and the service is what kept it above a 4.
The food that did come out looked fresh, but the portions felt controlled. The pão de queijo looked warm and glossy, but the mashed potatoes on the table were sitting in a pool of butter and tasted rushed. Nothing felt consistent on a night when the restaurant wasn’t even full.
The real issue started around 8:30. For the rest of our visit, meat service almost stopped. Servers were walking past our table to deliver cuts only to newly seated guests. They would drop meat at specific tables, disappear into the kitchen, then reappear briefly before retreating again. It felt intentional. It also felt like they either ran out of food or didn’t prepare enough for a Tuesday night.
When you’re paying that price point, you expect steady service. You also expect equal treatment. Instead, it felt stingy and unplanned. I would suggest avoiding late reservations, but then they were still seating people at 9 p.m., so the inconsistency doesn’t make sense.
The only bright spots were Kenya and the guy with locs. They were both attentive, warm, and kept checking on us when the kitchen didn’t. They saved the visit from being a complete waste.
Fogo needs to communicate when meat service is delayed, limited, or changing for the night. Leaving guests clueless and hungry is not the move. The downtown Chicago location has never given me this problem, so the issue seems location-specific.
All I know is I walked out at 9:30 and was still hungry.

Lovely carnival event!! Amazing food… drinks made table side..so phenomenal. But I didn’t care for the fact that the staff kept hounding us about taking our plates especially when it was obvious that we were still eating. Usually when you pay your bill and they bring the check back for a signature…you sign and leave it on the table but no they hounded us down for those as well and just made the whole dinning experience a no for me

Darren was the server taking care of us this evening. He should be adorned with the epithet ‘delightful’ Darren, as he was the entire evening we dined in. We had a character sit next to us that was a bit odd and loud, and he provided great service while maneuvering around this character. He survived their hex and finished our evening off with a complimentary dessert. Great service, food, and atmosphere! We will be back again.
