Picked up a to-go order from the George Dieter location and everything was smooth. Customer service was great and the staff was friendly. They even included a little Wilbur coloring kit, which was a nice touch. Food was ready on time and tasted great.

Went about a week ago and the food was so good that we decided to order again for Super Bowl Sunday. Big mistake.
When I arrived at the time I was told to pick up, it was obvious my order had been sitting there for a while. The food was cold and burnt. To make it worse, the order was wrong. I ordered sausage and was given jalapeño and cheese sausage instead — not what I asked for.
The game was about to start, so waiting around for them to fix it wasn’t an option. End up ordering at Wing Daddy’s instead, I should have known better to go to a bbq place and not a wing place.
I mentioned to the girl handing out the orders that my wings looked burned, and her response was,
“Well, that’s how they’re coming out. ” Really? They didn’t come out like that when I dined in, so why do they look like this when I order to-go?
I didn’t bother arguing because there was clearly no point.
NEVER again. If you have an order for Super Bowl weekend, be warned — it seems like your food will be made whenever and left sitting there until pickup,
regardless of the time you’re given.

Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced! Where to start this location needs renovation stat tables falling apart the finish chipping away. The food I felt as if I was being fed slops the food was not fresh tasted and texture was as if it was sitting under a food warmer dried out. My wife complained about the dry brisket she got the waitress took ot back some juice was poured on it to try and make it juicy just made it worse you’ll see the pics. My bill was astronomical then was told my salads were an up charge which was never told to us, but then the waitress said ” it’s on the menu for me to read” yet her communication skills are not good at all if we would been told then we would of made a different decision. When we spoke to the manager about this HORRIBLE experience she argued the waitress also gave up a very sarcastic smirk body language can also be offensive. NOT ONLY am I calling corporate I’m calling the health department for improper food holding which the food made my wife sick. The manager the ONLY time we spoke to her was when we complained no attention at all to the business the establishment was not even busy for all the blunders that went on.

We usually visit this location for my mom’s bday and also for mothers and Father’s Day. My parents love the food and ambiance. We’ve always had excellent service and food is delicious. Our waitress this time was Kayla and she was friendly and she was on it…she came to our table often to check on us. We’ve always had great servers. One time the waiter shared the same name as my son and when we brought it up, the waiter smiled and high-fived my son. At the end, he drew happy faces on our to go boxes and threw in extra muffins. My son always remembers that visit.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the friendly smiles on all the staffs face, I knew this would be the best dinning experience I’ve ever had. When we were seated we didn’t know what to order but our server Anahy kindly suggested we start with a small appetizer such as burnt ends or fired pickles, after deciding we were suprised on how quickly we were served. After our apps we ordered some ribeyes, and they were the most beautiful most perfectly cooked steaks we ever seen; Compliments to the chefs. After all was done we decided to order some dessert, I had the 3-layer carrot cake while my co-diner had the 3-layer chocolate cake, the cakes were more than exceptional, overall the whole experience was amazing and I would definitely come again and I would highly recommend this place to others.

I just had the most incredible experience at Famous Dave’s, and I owe it all to the amazing Lisette! Her service was top-notch, with a huge smile and infectious energy that made our dining experience truly special. She was attentive without being intrusive, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive. We tried the Beef short ribs and their famous fries, and they were BOTH TO DIE FOR! Lisette went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfect and making us feel like VIPs. Her passion for her job shines through, and it’s clear she loves making people happy. Excellent food, fast and friendly service. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and added brisket to them. They were super tasty and juicy. Best combination ever . Also had a brisket platter with smoked sausage and mashed potatoes. Brisket was perfect as always and mashed potatoes were just perfectly creamy. At the end had a delicious golden semi sweet corn bread muffin. Will definitely keep coming back to this location.
