It had been a while since I last ordered from Jet Plaza, and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. The food came out burnt — not just slightly overcooked, but pretty badly burned, which affected both the taste and quality. It felt rushed and not up to the standard I remember from before.
I hope this was just a one-time issue because they used to be much better. I really wish they improve the quality again.

I do cemo every two weeks and these guys are always around d to help me get fed before I lose my abilities to eat. Even had a system error once and the guy were supper helpful! I love giving this place my business. Great service!

My partner ordered pizza to be picked up at a certain time and I had forgotten about the time, I got there to pick up my pizza 30 minutes early and they were apologizing that it wasn’t ready. It was ready 10 minutes later. It was a great experience handled so well, and the pizza was amazing as usual.

I’ve not ordered from Jets before. I ordered half sausage, half supreme. I assumed supreme was veggies plus sausage or pepperoni. Jets supreme consists of onion green peppers and banana peppers. I wish that person could have told me that their supreme was not really a typical supreme. also, I didn’t really see pictures or anything I know It’s all on their website, but I just walked in. Last thing is is that the bottom of the pizza was kind of burnt. Overall not a great experience. Probably just stick with Domino’s next time.

IMO, there is no competition for a thick crust pizza.
I’m from Michigan and grew up eating Jet’s Pizza! Have been so pleased with every pizza I’ve gotten there since they came to Colorado.
I always get the XL because you get a row of slices without the crust; which I love. This is pepperoni and mushrooms. So perfect!

Figured I’d try something new tonight and wow, I have never been to a more overrated pizza joint, super not impressed. $31 for a large deep dish – more like a medium – and 8 wings with no dressings which is totally unheard of at competitors. Don’t get me wrong, everything tasted pretty good, my beef is with the garbage online ordering system and average customer service. Tried signing up for points and ordering online last night (3/6/21), come to find out I didn’t earn ANY points for the arm and leg I paid for and not to mention how long it took to make.
Customer service was mediocre at that except the manager who did what he could to rectify the points situation. I mean what else do you expect than a bunch of high-schoolers running the show. Not one star because the food was alright but I could feasibly get a better pizza for a better price at a sit-down restaurant. Don’t understand all the good reviews…it’s not worth it guys

Dang good pizza! I thought this place was like the big chains, but I was wrong. I am very happy with the quality of the pizza at the price point. The pizza here is well worth the price. Jet’s may not offer a fig jam and arugula option (for $35), but if you want a good pizza at a fair price then give them a try. During my 3rd visit to this Jet’s, I had the privilege of meeting the owner, who is a very nice young man, proud of his business. The other workers I interacted with seemed very happy.

Delivery driver with the British, South African or Australian accent -couldn’t tell which but he wasn’t American; lost his cool and professionalism over the phone when he couldn’t locate my address. Even when I tried to talk him through he wasn’t having it. We all have bad days but if you can’t do your job maybe get another and certainly don’t yell at your customer when you can’t find their door!

I love Jets Pizza and will always order from there, but I have a note for corporate: your AI ordering system is garbage. I don’t know what flawed AI program you’re using, but it needs to go. It’s broken and a waste of everyone’s time. 5 minutes in, I am begging to speak to a live person. Other than that, your pizza is the best!
