Wow, I had a bad first delivery experience(soggy, cold) and didn’t try it again from that point on. Total mistake. Delicate as can be pulled pork sandwich, fries were flavored awesomely(still a little soggy cause we took it to go and the humidity in the bag hit them but still so yummy) and my fiancés brisket was amazingly good too. Service was literally one of the quickest experiences I have ever had, in and out with my order in less than ten minutes, and friendly as can be. Will definitely be back.

So my husband and I are Texans, and we have very high expectations for smoked barbecue. The atmosphere was great they have an outside eating area As well as rooftop dining. Their staff was fantastic, very friendly. I was disappointed in the meat. I expected a lot more smoke flavor and some seasoning. We had brisket, pulled pork and ribs, and although every one of them was very tender, you couldn’t feel or taste any seasoning whatsoever there was no smoke ring on the meat. We had their fries and potato salad, and they were okay. Their baked beans were very good. They have many different sauces to choose from. To come up with one we liked, we mixed two of the BBQ sauces together. We mixed a honey badger with a BBQ that had a little spice to and made the perfect sweet and spicy sauce. I’m saying that it wasn’t bad it just didn’t give me that “oh I can’t wait to come back here” feeling.

Oh baby! I don’t hail from anywhere in which BBQ is taken seriously but I could still tell this was some top-tier stuff.
Brisket, chicken/biscuit, pulled pork, and especially the fall-off-the-bone RIBS were all scrumptious. Sides were all terrific as well—I’d go with the creamed-spinach. My favorite sauces, surprisingly, were the Carolina Gold and Alabama White but you can’t go wrong with any from their nice array.

Save your money, Feb 14th horrible experience from the food ( refry those fries) to processed, dried out looking sides. My feet stuck to the floor as I walked. I was disgusted by the cleaninrss and the quality of service, to my food. Dried out sides, at dinner time Recooked fries, oh no she didn’t, oh yes she did!

We go here quite often when we are able. My favorite food is the pulled pork, but I love some of the specials they serve. Follow their Instagram for daily specials. Mom loves to sit at the window looking out at the river. Everyone is always so nice when we visit. I absolutely recommend this place.

Stopped by there today, normally the food is good. The brisket was basically beef jerky. The fried Green Tomatos had absolutely no flavor, they didn’t dry them out, flash fried them, it was gross.

I am grateful to have met Sugarfire Smoke House in person! When I heard they had “Brisket Cheesesteak,” I came running! Located in Washington, MO, the atmosphere was amazing from outside to inside. I love the unique decor, trophies, and bbq materials. The food was decent. If I had to add to the brisket cheesesteak, I would add more chared onions and peppers, and I would dip the bread in some brisket, Au Jus. The cheesy corner was off the chain!
I appreciate the staff helping with the menu, being friendly, and making me a meal at the last minute. All in all, nice, delicious spot in MO!

Absolutely fantastic food with lots of options. Smoked chicken turkey and sausages as well as a nice selection of starters. My mom and I share to Caesar salad and it was still too much for the both of us. You have a selection of indoor and outdoor seating we chose to sit outside as there was a beautiful view of the river. The staff was absolutely fantastic willing to work with you so you made sure that you have excellent dining experience. Definitely five star hospitality and taste.
