I go here quite often and can say they are the ONLY mcdonald’s location that heats up your cookies without asking. It’s little and stupid but shows they care and or are doing their job right even though it takes an extra minute. That and ALL the workers being very kind makes this my favorite location for sure. Especially the ginger boy!

What an ABSOLUTE joke.. how do you always have a line wrapped around the building for the drive thru and it CONSISTENTLY takes 15-20 minutes to get my food. Either you need more workers or they need to pick it up cause it’s not fast food when my food takes longer to make than it would if I went to a sit down restaurant… If you’re hungry and passing by this McDonald’s… Save your money and time! There’s better places to eat that are quicker to get in and out of and have better quality food for the price you’re paying

My husband and I have been going here every Wednesday for a few months now. We always order the same thing, big mac meals. Their soda consistently tastes like mold, the sandwiches are sloppily put together and frequently missing ingredients like pickles and cheese, the lettuce is usually wilted or brown, today my husband’s was black. The servers are rude and unhelpful. Worst McDonald’s in the area, by far.

Got the new Buffalo ranch chicken sandwhich and the chicken was soggy, cold, didn’t taste right at all. Not to mention all of our food was in shambles. I’ve been to this located a few times and never had such a terrible experience. Just disgusting. Won’t be going back.

Food is disgusting, workers have bad attitudes and clearly don’t want to be there. This of my 4th time eating here and the experienced just get worst. Cold food. Soggy fries. Not fully cooked chicken, my burger was made super sloppy. As someone that loves McDonalds find a different one! Only one in Akron you would think they would try to be good.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve even been to. You order “for here” and they give you a bag. I took a number for my order and they called me like I am supposed to get up and get my own food. The actual number card states they will bring the food out to you. I not only had cold fries but when the girl replaced them she again left them on the counter and then walked right past me with another order. This is my second time at this location and the attitude of the employees is all the same and it’s not good. Miserable not friendly staff is what I see.

Stopped on the way through to get a quick snack. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. They had no ice for sodas and when I asked about it they treated me like garbage and were very very rude!

To the lady who was wearing the cheetah print top and hopped right in to help because the line was to the road! They need more employees like yourself!! Manager clothes and she jumps right in making sandwiches and power housing!! Great job lady

Are you kidding me? I am so sick and tired of going through the drive through! This is supposed to be a bacon ranch mc. Where are the pickles? I always check the bag before I drive away to make sure everything I ordered is there. Now what? Do I have to open the bag and make sure it is edible? Look at the color of the chicken! Did they run out of bacon?!? Hard as a rock on the outside and cold in the middle! Old and nasty is what I call it! Now my lunch hour is gone and I am starving because I couldn’t eat it! Aaaahhhhh!
