If I could give this place 10 stars I would !!!!
I found this place on tiktok because I was following Kevin over couple years ago. I always said that if I am in the Denver area I would try this place out. Kevin is no longer there but our server Maria and cook Pancho was very welcoming and amazing from the second we walked in.
Now that we are about to move here this will be on out top date night places.
All kinds of flavors bursting in my mouth lol !!!!
And im very picky with dining out.
Our bill was 100 for 2 people but the ambiance , food, cleanliness , and best of all customer service was well worth it .

I have been coming to this place for almost two years now, but I have never left a review until now. The service has always been friendly and fast when we have sat down at a table, and the service at Hibachi is also the best every time I have sat down to enjoy the show while they prepare my food. The service is incredible! I went here for my little brother’s 13th birthday, and we had such an amazing time. They treated us so kindly — the hibachi was incredible, and the clams were absolutely spectacular! My brother had a blast, and there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back.
Pancho is an excellent chef, and the fire show was amazing! Jennie was super attentive and took the time to explain every dish to us. The owners are truly wonderful people. Thank you so much for making my brother’s birthday such an unforgettable experience!

My family and I loved our experience at Mt. Fuji Hibachi Restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delightful, the Chef Pancho was exceptional and incredibly entertaining. The owners + the staff were always friendly and very attentive, my family and I will be happy to go back again soon. If you haven’t been there yet please give it a try you’ll be amazed.

We loved our experience here! We ate gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free easily. We are thankful for the accommodations they made for us and the servers were all so kind of welcoming. David, our chef, was incredible. He was really fun and extra engaging for my kids too! We ordered 3 hibachi dinners for 4 adults and my two young kids and it was enough for all of us! If you want leftovers, order more though! The food tastes amazing and the ambiance is so clean, elegant and well ventilated. Thank you for a great experience!

We loved this place. I’d never been to a Hitachi restaurant before so didn’t know what to expect. The service was very slick, the Hibachi chef was excellent and very entertaining. The grandchildren loved it as did we. And the food was absolutely delicious, such tender steak and so beautifully cooked. We’ll definitely try to go again next time we’re in Boulder.

Me and my family LOVE this place! The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. The service is surprisingly quick and fantastic! Servers are always willing to make food accommodations. The food is DELICIOUS! some of the best sushi I’ve ever had and the plating is gorgeous. There are a lot of different options and several drinks have free refills. Would highly recommend this place!

Nice wide open space with a large parking lot. Very quick service and I love that they have rolls with no rice and a decent selection of baked or deep fried rolls UPDATE: After my review I ordered Maguro Sashimi and got 3 very gray and very fishy tasting pieces. My ultimate test is if I have to add soy sauce and wasabi, then the fish is not fresh. Yes I had to do exactly that in order to eat it.

There was no wait when we arrived as a party of 2 and were seated at a table with another small party. Our server seemed new and couldn’t answer our questions about the menu, but he was attentive throughout the meal. Our chef was David, he was very engaging and enthusiastic and our food was cooked very well. My only complaint for our meal was that the chicken was a bit tough and overcooked, but outside of that everything was amazing and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
