Placed a mobile order on the app. Selected to pick up in the dining room. I’ve had a handful of issues with being shorted items, so I like to pick it up inside so I can go through my bag to make sure everything is there before going home.
Arrived at the store. Dining room was locked. Pulled into the drive thru. The minimal staff rushed us through the drive through as I tried to count my items, and seemed annoyed when we asked to add sauce. Got home and discovered we were shorted an item on our receipt. Service is rushed and inaccurate. I understand running on low staffing levels, but don’t rush people through and rip them off. Horrid service, stay away from this one unless it’s extremely slow.

Since the General Manager they have there now has been there Sherrie is ger name it has went from crap to worth the wait and made your way!!! She is always there and always so friendly!!

Always messing up food at night.
Its been multiple instances. They laugh at you like little kids when you ask for your food to be fixed. Not washing hands, passing money with gloves on. Asking/paying for extra and never get it. Night shift and the manager truly needs a pick me up.

There’s one thing you can count on with this Taco Bell, the inside will be locked up and closed down early and the staff will be rude and forget items on their already severely overpriced menu. lol

Dont come here at night. I was told no to anything I ordered if it was extra and heard people yelling in the background inappropriate things. I wasn’t rude at all but treated rudely. I’m afraid to even eat what they made. Idk but they didn’t sound friendly at all and honestly want my money back. Also they skimped on alot of the food I ordered. It was not worth 22 dollars. I’m disappointed in this purchase.

You pull up to the drive thru. Sit there and wait 10mins while 2 cars are in front of you. Then the other 2 cars leave cause they were waiting longer than I was. Then pull up to give them my order and was told it was going to be a little bit longer. Im not waiting 15mins when I’m the only person in line and no one at the window. Place need to learn how to manage drive tru and dine in better.

I am not usually someone to post stuff complaining about restaurants because I know how things work, I put many years in the kitchen. Mistakes happen but today was uncalled for. They are planning on building a bigger one here and I get served a shell with mold on it ♀️ Come on Taco Bell you can do better then this…how did you miss it…you had to put all the stuff on that side anyways!!!
