The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere fits perfectly with the charm of Gastown.
I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend for anyone craving top notch sushi in the area!
The highlight of my meal was definitely the Dynamite Roll. It was packed with flavor, crispy on the outside, and perfectly balanced with the spicy sauce. You could tell it was freshly made, and it ended up being one of the best dynamite rolls I’ve had in a while. The Godzilla Roll was also excellent — generous portions, great texture, and a really satisfying combination of ingredients. Both of these rolls alone made the visit worth it.
Unfortunately, the Unagi Roll was a letdown. It arrived noticeably cold, which really took away from the flavor and texture of the eel. Unagi is usually warm, soft, and slightly sweet, but this one tasted off and just wasn’t enjoyable at all. It stood out in a bad way compared to how good the other rolls were.
Service was decent and the food came out fairly quickly, which I appreciated. Prices were reasonable for the quality and location.
Overall, Momo Sushi delivers some really strong rolls, especially the dynamite and Godzilla rolls. If they improve consistency on items like the unagi roll, this place could easily be a 5-star spot. I’d still come back and try more items from the menu.
The staff were friendly and provided great service.
I’d definitely like to visit again
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can tell they care about quality.
The staff were super friendly and the place had that cozy, chill Gastown vibe.
Definitely one of the best sushi spots I’ve tried in Vancouver — simple, clean, and worth coming back for.
Otherwise you can order takeout and eat it right outside in their takeout dinning area! (If there’s room, first come first serve).
Again…. One of the top sushi gems in the area and the price point is on par for value. Well done and thank you ✅
I ordered the MoMo box and even shared it with my kid and still left feeling full. We also tried the beef yakisoba, which was oishii (that’s “delicious” in Japanese!). If you’re in the area and want a filling, satisfying meal, this is a great spot to stop by.
