Another breakfast restaurant we’ve been visiting for a couple decades now but today is my first review. First of all, there was zero wait, which was shocking because it’s Sunday. Secondly, it was very clean and they were fairly busy. Finally, the food was yummy and the service was quick & friendly. We don’t go often, but when we do, it’s always consistent!!!

So I went in to get the burnt ends brisket and when I got home I realized the whole inside of the brisket is hard and dry. I called in to tell them and the lady kept saying it’s burnt ends like I don’t know what that is. I’ve ordered this numerous times before and the inside is still supposed to be soft and juicy. So I went in to have it remade and the nice waitress said she would. Then the manager then says that’s how it comes and refuses to remake it. I also only took one bite and returned with the food so it’s not like I wanted free food.

We cannot thank Denny’s enough — especially Manager Alvaro and our server Denilson — for the compassion and care they showed our family during one of the most vulnerable times in our lives.
My aunt and uncle always had their date nights at Denny’s. After my aunt passed away, my uncle continued going there in remembrance of her. He passed away this past week, and while his service was held in New York, many of us were unable to attend.
We reached out to the Denny’s and asked if there was any way we could have a quiet space to stream the service together as a family. Alvaro went above and beyond. He gave us a private room, set up a TV so we could stream the service, and even placed a reserved sign at my uncle’s seat in his honor. That small gesture meant more to us than words can express.
Denilson provided the most attentive and gracious service to our group of 12. We never once had to ask for a refill. He anticipated our needs, checked on us constantly, and anything we requested arrived within seconds. He handled everything with kindness, respect, and such professionalism.
During a very emotional and tender evening, the entire Denny’s team helped us celebrate a deeply loved man in a place that held so many memories for him. We are beyond grateful.
And the food was AMAZING! My 4-year-old ordered the birthday pancakes and said they were “the best pancakes ever!”

Hi my experience today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Denny’s. I had family come from out of town to enjoy the holidays; what we thought would be a nice day to grab something to eat ended up being a total disaster. Several orders were wrong at the table, our food came out cold;3 of us ordered the same meal and only 1 came out how it was supposed to look, they waited until our food came out to the table to decide to spruce it up with the appropriate toppings. We ordered the apple crisp pancakes and it looked nothing like the photo. They waited until the kids were finished with their food to bring out their drinks, omg they were about to choke from being so thirsty, my brother in law ordered the moon over my hammy which is normally a sandwich and it came back in the form of a omelette in which he never requested that or was given an option , the fries were cooked in old grease, and the list goes on! To top it all off there was no reason for this behavior because they were not even busy. There were probably about 5 tables that were there. So how does this even happen? Could it be because someone was in the back on their cell phone? What a disappointment. The waiter was nice but that does not change the overall experience had. I will be speaking with the corporate office regarding this matter.

After waiting to be attended to (max. 10 minutes, I was ONE person by the way!)
I was originally going to do a take-out order but after waiting for so long for the person to come back, I decided to sit down and was almost immediately attended to. Isn’t that crazy?
The problem is, the same guy that told ME that if we sign up for the Denny’s QR code you receive a free item to-go, but that’s a scam you guys must be running.
If it were supposed to be free, why was it on my finalized receipt and not on the receipt that was given to me at my table?
I still tipped Katelynn 25% and SHE decided it was a great, sneaky idea to put the cheesecake on afterwards without me realizing it. You make me sick.

I went in to get breakfast and we got some simple stuff. There was 3 of us. So as a person who loves food and going out to eat i can say with all confidence that it was no less than disappointing the food was bland the steak in the steak and eggs was not good at all the service was pretty good but the food was not good at all. And we spent 2 times more than expect for sub par food. We expected to spend $40-$60 Including tip i ended up spending about $85 for 3 simple plates. I also requested a side of country ham and I can say with all confidence that they do not know what country ham is. I got a glazed ham it actually was the best part of the whole meal

I love going here late, late at night. We were there at 3 am today and it’s such a nice, chill environment that late. Our server was Micheal and he was super sweet and fun to talk to. The food is always really good when you sit in the restaurant to eat and Micheal even did a little swirl with the sauces to make our food look fancy, I thought it was adorable. Highly recommend for those late night cravings. It has the potential to be like the old 24/7 IHOP on Hillsborough St if it’s given half the chance.

so slow. manager shouldn’t say a certain time unless they’re sure. never should’ve came here. sat here for an hour over 2 meals. yet people sat down & got drinks. if it’s so busy why keep sitting people down?
