I took my friend here to celebrate her 50th birthday and we loved it.

When we arrived, we were sat at a table with the other 5 dinners (9 total max.) outside the restaurant at a table where we got to meet them and to order pre-dinner drinks and to select wine pairings.

We were then walked through the restaurant to a room at the back with a large semi circular table around which we walk sat looking into the chefs in the center who introduced themselves and prepared each course in front of us.

I won’t describe all 22-23 courses but all were fun, creative, delicious even if heavily-engineered. We were encouraged to ask questions and were told about using a syringe to drop single droplets of liquids into oil to make the little be balls like caviar that burst in your mouth and to learn about the dark room where they use a black light to ensure they’ve removed all the shell from the mussels!

It was a terrific experience and certainly one that can’t be repeated too often because of the expense and the difficulty in making reservations but we would do it again and several of our dining colleagues were back for return visits.

We were given a menu of dishes at the end of the meal but this doesn’t describe the dishes. It would be good to have the option to take notes while eating.

Our singular feedback would be to slow the pacing slightly. It felt slightly rushed and it would have been enjoyable to savor each dish more. We didn’t have the wine pairing but I would have felt compelled to glug each glass to keep up with the pace of the dishes.

Highly recommended.

Everything in the happy hour menu was incredible. With a wide variety of tapas, the seafood was extremely flavorful paired with a delicious sangria and hand selected wine by their in house sommelier.
The service and ambience was wonderful with extremely friendly staff, our servers name was Nina therefore if you get to have her help you, don’t be afraid to ask for recommendations!
The black ink squid calamari, potatoes and chicken fritters were very tasty. Can’t wait to order them again and try others in future!

It was a really fun experience and by far my favorite of Jose Andreas restaurants. We loved watching the chefs prepare individual dishes. I think having just 8 seats really makes a difference in the experience.
There were 21 courses- each about a bite. They were inventive and mostly very tasty. I don’t like goat cheese so they substituted one of the dishes with almond and it was delicious. My husband who had the goat wished he had mine.
As far as pricing, it’s very much in line with his other restaurants’ tasting menu but I think trying 21 tastes is super fun.
Our favorite was the nori taco – we thought that was the most umami flavor. They do a good job with the rib eye as well.

We were incredibly excited to go here on the Chef Ultimate Dining experience. The food was very innovative and entertaining. Even locals in Vegas knew it was hard to get into so we were really excited. Highlight of the night was the clear orb that popped into your mouth. Each course was an experience.

Our only issue was that we were seated at 8pm and it closed at 10pm. It felt like each of the courses were rushed and we didn’t get much time in between. Most of these fine dining experiences especially with wine pairing has been at least 3 hours – to do it quicker we did feel rushed and therefore it was my only criticism.

We opted for the Chef’s Ultimate Dining Experience with wine pairing. Had a fantastic experience and especially loved Brittany. Her knowledge and service made everything extra wonderful. The lighting is great for the ambiance but awful for food photos. this place is exceptional. Portions were surprisingly large for this type of experience. We couldn’t finish everything.

I needed some time to kill and it was almost dinner time when I found out Jaleo has something called ‘Sangria Hour’, which is their happy hour. It’s daily at the bar from 5-7. I got there at about 6:40 and overall, it was a bit empty, and the bar was probably only about half full. I don’t think a lot of people know about it because they don’t advertise it. Even when I sat down and they gave me the menu, they didn’t initially give me the Sangria Hour menu – I had to ask for it. Luckily, I still had enough time to order. I had:

Patatas Bravas (fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and aioli) – these were a little basic. It could have used a bit more flavor – maybe more spicyness?
Endibias Con Queso de Cabra y Naranjas (endives with goat cheese, oranges, almonds, roasted garlic dressing) – I normally don’t like goat cheese but I really liked this. The oranges were refreshing, and I liked all the different flavors together
Pan con Tomate (toasted bread with fresh tomato) and added Manchego cheese – can’t go wrong with tomato bread! I probably could have eaten a few more of these

They also have a few drink specials during Sangria Hour so next time if you’re around during this time, check it out but just be sure to ask for the menu!

While the service at é was commendable, the quality of the food and the ambiance of the private room were disappointing. The dishes, though aesthetically pleasing, were unimpactful, and a recurring issue was that were multiple dishes that were sweet.

Furthermore, the private room was not conducive to an intimate dining experience, as it felt more confined and claustrophobic than private. The total cost of the meal did not align with the underwhelming taste profile and uncomfortable setting.

Ultimately, the high cost of dining at é is not supported by the culinary execution or the quality of the private dining space, making it difficult to recommend.

We booked a birthday dinner and were really looking forward to celebrating. My service dog is very small — only about 7 pounds — and he was sitting quietly right next to me, not bothering anyone. But the restaurant manager had a really bad attitude. She came over twice and told us to put the dog on the floor in the corner. I understand that request is reasonable, but I just couldn’t stand the way she spoke to us. It completely ruined the mood. In the end, we packed up the food that hadn’t even been served yet and left. We just didn’t feel like celebrating anymore. Las Vegas is a very pet-friendly city, and I’ve never had any issues bringing my service dog to other restaurants. But if you have a service dog, I strongly suggest you stay away from this place. Also, the $120 Seafood Paella we ordered was basically just a box of fried rice and a box of shrimp. I’m definitely not coming back here again.

We had an amazing experience here. All the staff are very professional and aim to provide top tier service and food quality. Our server, Nanette, truly made our night unforgettable. She explained everything thoroughly and brought out our food in a timely manner. However, we overate and did not expect the portion sizes of the food. Our dessert, the flan, we truly the best flan we had ever had! Not too sweet, super velvety and addicting. Highly recommend coming here.

We went here for NYE and were told via email that the dinner would last to almost midnight. We had an 8:30 reservation and for a 21 course meal that seemed like the correct amount of time for that many courses. However, they rushed it and we were done in 2 hours. We were talking to a couple next to us trying to enjoy a cocktail and were told to leave. I was still trying to eat one course when they brought another. It was extremely rushed. The food to me wasn’t nearly what I feel a Michelin star restaurant should be. Nothing wowed me in any way. I can’t completely remember but we had 2 courses of either pate or foie gras, which are both very rich and to have had 3 courses of it was too much. I’ve been to other Jose Andres restaurants and was super impressed. It’s a super expensive restaurant and sadly was very disappointed. My partner did reach out via email and they did comp us our pairings which I appreciated.
