I’m not sure what *magic* they put in the food here but the burritos we’ve had here are literally the *best* burritos my family and I have ever had. We’re vegetarian and the egg, potato, cheese burrito is magnificent and the bean and cheese burrito was great also! We drive through Elko about twice a year and we try to plan around the Las Brisas schedule!! Also kindest staff! Thank you so much!

Food was good but they gave themselves a huge tip without my permission. They tip themselves 115% of my actual meal price. Be sure to pay with cash or go somewhere else. I honestly would never eat here again. The Tacos were good but that huge tip without my permission is not right and made the food not worth it.

Quality of this place has deteriorated over years with no pride in the food they make. In my opinion this is barely even a authentic taco truck, save yourself money and time and get something better. This could’ve been good but everything is made and then placed in foil and sweats so the tortillas then get soggy and turn into slop, there’s no spices if any used on the meats. Probably the worse taco truck I’ve ever been near, white washed.

I’ve stopped here twice now on my travels. I’ve ordered the same thing twice, a carnitas regular burrito with cheese. It’s one of the best burritos out there! The carnitas has so much flavor, it’s juicy but also has a nice crisp to the meat & the the Cilantro & onions are fresh! I highly recommend this food truck!

Food was good. They speak spanish too so its good to know that. Prices very affordable and servings are good. The guy working there wasnt in his best mood but you know its understandable if you had worked in something like this.

You literally can’t go wrong with Las Brisas tacos. I’ve never had bad food from them. The guy taking orders is kinda serious and not super friendly but he’s busy and the food is great so who cares. I love the tacos.

Would not recommend ordering DoorDash from them. They make the dasher wait for the order way too long and take orders from customer after the dasher has arrived and there food is ready first. If you want your food on time them I recommend ordering in person bc they don’t care about the delivery orders at all!
