Worst place to go. Pizza is great but the last two times I have come here we have ordered online. Made my order around 7:03 Estimated time said 725 is when pizza would be ready. I showed up a little early at 723 thinking it would maybe be another 5 minutes. I was greeted by yunaka, short skinny. Long braids. who was very nice and was finishing the payment for a carry out that they had just ordered and she was cashing her out. When she finished she let me know that it was going to be another 10-15 minutes until my pizza was going to be ready. I said okay no problem and sat down to wait. Still kind of thinking my pizza would be ready in about 10 minutes. A few minutes go by and another online carry out came in. She had greeted him and they told him the same thing that it would be about 10-15 minutes until his order was going to be done. During this downtime she sat behind the counter and scrolled on her phone. At about 738 she told me that my order would be ANOTHER 10-15 minutes. The person that had ordered in the store when I arrived (when my pizza should have been close to being done) received their pizza before I received mine when I made my order at 703pm. I didn’t receive my order until 7:47pm. This happened on my last visit and I just thought it was an off day. But it is clear that the staff here is poorly managed because they are not completing online orders until you arrive. They give you an arbitrary time frame that it will be another 10-15 minutes. And come back after 10 minutes have gone by, to let me know it’s going to be another 10 minutes. Just tell me the true time frame. That it’s going to be 20 and I’ll cancel my order to save you the trouble to make my pizza. Will not be returning.

I ordered Marcos from door dash and was so excited. Typically great pizza. First off, I was missing parts of my order. Second it was mushy and felt gooey and under cooked. It was gross and didn’t taste fresh at all.

I never tried Marcos before but boy I am in love. I ordered the pepperoni magnífico with the garlic crust and my taste buds are in heaven. They have many specials and the prices are affordable! I will definitely be coming back for lunch soon!

Solid pizza! its not the best but definitely good. They offer 50% off pizzas during full moon days of the year so worth it for the discount!
EDIT: I have to edit this post. The place is under new management and I am very impressed with the customer service. Very friendly, helpful and insightful! The owner even gave a pizza bag for a door dasher that did not have his own. Its hard to find exceptional customer service anywhere and Im very impressed with how this place has turned out. Excellent job and never stop the outstanding friendly service!!
