My waiter was good. My sweet potato was burnt (picture) brought out another one and it was burnt. Triple trio was cold and onion bloom was burnt (probably need to change the grease) the manager’s excuse was that they were “short staffed”. That should never be an excuse for burnt food! Short staffed usually means longer wait time. Horrible!!!

Had a great dinner! The steaks were cooked perfectly, the Bloomin’ Onion was delicious, and everything came out hot and fresh.
Taylor was an amazing server friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. Paul, the manager, was also welcoming and professional.

They treat some of there guest better than some guest if you have money you get treated alone better than when you don’t have money. There services are horrible the bread was smashed and the baked potato was hard as a brick. I will not be coming back to this location. and honestly I wouldn’t even give this location a star rating if I didn’t have to.

It’s been years since I’ve been to an Outback, but we decided to give it a try for takeout, and I’m so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious. I had the French onion soup, blooming fried chicken with broccoli, and a baked potato—everything was fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Next time, I’ll definitely dine in to enjoy the food hot and fresh right at the table. Highly recommend it for anyone craving a tasty meal!

Wish I could have given 0 stars. By far the worse meal me and my parents have ever eaten. To start of when we first walked in the hostess told us it would be about 10 minutes for shift change. I understand because of being a server. Well we were sat within 3 minutes. Everything went totally down hill. The server came and got our drink order. Then he came and got our order about 20 minutes later. Our blooming onion came out and it was TERRIBLE. It looked like it had been fried twice but the onion was raw. The another person brought out the salads and we still had no drinks. She said of let me go see. By this point my dad was starting to choke on the bread. She came back and said drinks will be out soon because your drink ticket was thrown away. So about 35 minutes into our visit we finally got our drinks. Our food came out. The steaks were cooked right. Way over seasoned but my alice springs chicken was way over cooked. The Mac and cheese was dry and stuck together. We kept looking for our server and he was in the back talking and laughing with some lady ( don’t know if she was a manager) had to ask the hostess for Heinz and butter. She brought us a bottle with barley in it. Still hadn’t been visited by our server till our meal was almost done. We didn’t eat but about 8 bites from the steak and took the rest with us. $75.00 for sorry food and even worse service. Will not be back again.

In all honesty, I came here today because I had a gift card from a previous experience where my order was not correct and was going to use it for lunch. I didn’t have very high expectations but I must say Taylor exceeded them today. She was absolutely amazing! From her personality, quick response and willingness to help answer questions she provided the best customer service I have ever received at this Outback. She is definitely an asset to this restaurant. I will always ask to be seated in her section from here on out!
