This only my 3rd visit to Outback Steakhouse ever. It was pleasant enough atmosphere, not noisy which I find condusive to conversation. The booth was comfortable but the waitress was sporadic. She wasn’t there much. Other people came in and out to help her leaving service okay but not attentive. My sister swears they have the best lobster tails anywhere and enjoyed her meal very much. I ordered the Kingslsnd which is steak and shrimp over fettuccine. The steak was cooked exactly how I requested and was quite tender. The shrimp were firm and tasty. The fettuccine was definitely overcooked and bordering on mushy. We all enjoyed the Blooming Onion but all agreed it was over cooked. I, personally, think this restaurant was way overpriced.

Our waitress was slow, forgetful, and lacking all around. Received our appetizer and got silverware and napkins from somebody else we asked about ten minutes later. The bloomin onion was cold by the time we could eat it. Plates came a couple minutes after that and our waitress wasn’t seen during all that time. The food was good for the most part; except the asparagus was stringy and only half a stalk could be eaten. The steak had to be chewed a long time to swallow. We waited 15 minutes for our check after asking for it and then there were two items that we were charged extra and had to be adjusted. Not the most pleasant experience.

Service was awesome and so was the food. They got THE best coconut shrimp ever. Bartender was also attentive and made good drinks. Manager Colin was really friendly and helpful! Would definitely come back.

I must say, I haven’t been so pleased to write a review for a restaurant like I am now. Our server Jessica, has the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. She treated my family with great care and warmth. Outback, Jessica deserves a promotion. Great experience,

Sweet potato was very small
No onions for salad I ordered extra got none. Apparently they can’t use white onions for salad. I was told corporate wouldn’t allow them to give regular onions for salad.
Steak burned and blackened on both sides
Tempature inside was right but crunchy outside.

Tha manager Gabriel was great. He checked on my table he was out on the floor and working along side his staff. One of the bartenders broke a glass and he was very professional in handling the situation, showing genuine concern his bartender was not cut. He took it upon himself to clean the area.
The food was got and fresh and the atmosphere was great. The staff were happy and kept busy.

I’ve never had a bad meal at our Leesburg Outback! We always order takeout. Not sure if that makes any difference, but it’s always delicious! Keep up the good work!

We had a party of 7 and all were very pleased with the service and food. My steak was cooked perfectly. Ruben did an awesome job serving. Ruben was very polite and very willing to answer our questions and take care of our requests.

From the server to the food including the drink was delivered with quality ☺️ great energy at this location btw!!! The sirloin was delicious medium/well done, broccoli seasoned and cooked to perfection…. Now the Nashville hot wings put my taste buds on fire !!!! However they were good too just hot… like it’s supposed to be! Check it out when you’re in the area…. Definitely won’t be disappointed!
