Lets start by saying this location is always busy and I don’t know why unless it’s the only one around. I stopped going here. It’s the closest one to my work. The staff are more like robots. You can come in with a name tag and they will still ask you your name. Why. Because they don’t look at you. More often then not they either don’t call your order out when it’s done or call it and slide it as they walk away. Done skill done have of not tipping drinks. But when you are right there they can look at you not the counter to hand you the drink. Remove the bells from the doors I bet you they will never know it opens till they have a line of angry people. Then let’s go to the making of the drinks. They are terrible at following directions. And none of them do the drink the same way. I order the same thing no matter what one i go to. I know how it gets made even after they changed your they do it. The staff alone is enough reason to not go there. Missing things with a drink here and there. That’s proof they are human. But not having a true interaction. You might as well be like McDonald’s and burger king. Just put up the kiosks to order from.

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. There were 10 workers and not 1 of them greeted me when I walked in the door and stood at the register for 3 minutes. Then when someone came to the register, she never said hello, how are you? What can I get you today? This Starbucks is so unprofessional and the drink sucked!! I WILL NOT be coming back!

This starbucks was terrible. I ordered on doordash and they gave me an excessive amount of caramel which I did not ask for. At that, the caramel was disgusting and I had to dump my whole drink away. Their prices are even high so I just wasted unnecessary money.

Do not go inside. The team seemed very unorganized and did not prioritize in store orders. We waited for over 25 min for two drinks. We saw mobile orders completed before we even finished ordering that were still waiting for pick up, and people came in after us and received their drinks first. After commenting about the long wait, they made one drink, started the other and instead of finishing it, started 5 or 6 more drinks before just placing the cold foam on top. Was not worth waiting for so long. And the staff was inattentive.

A nice new and clean Starbucks. Has a convenient drive-thru and there is plenty of seating inside as well as a patio area. Baristas were nice and accurate with my order.

Why do they ask for a tip…..they’re not even nice to you in the driveway. Tips are optional Starbucks you should be ashamed to have employees asking for tips. Give them a raise!!!!

After waiting 23 mins in the drive thru……I get a sandwich that looks like it was dropped and stepped on. Most of the crew are nasty and the manager is just as bad. Too early and too much money for the attitudes and unprofessionalism. To top it off they want tips……lol

Most baristas are amazing espresso beans and acidity is inconsistent. Sometimes the same flat white is watery other times it’s perfect. Frustrating! My sister likes toppings on the side because you can’t enjoy it melted and greasy on top and that’s also inconsistent and always inconvenient to them. I paid for it last ti.e as an extra and this is .50 C worth

I only gave 5 stars because when I called the store and explained how unacceptable it was to make drinks like you see in the photo, the girl I spoke with was beyond professional.
I got 2 venti drinks that were not even close to being filled to somewhat the top. The girl on the other side of the phone was so professional and this Starbucks is lucky to have such and employees. (I think her name was Taina)
