Welcome to the Linger Longer Lounge, where the beer is cold and the people are cooler. We have pizza, salads, sandwiches, appetizers. Our full bar is stocked with plenty of options for an exceptional experience. From bottomless mimosas to whiskey straight up- we have it all. Come see us for a small town feel and a big town selection. We’re a full sports bar with pool and lottery slots but also have a family friendly section with kids games and a family restaurant feel. No matter what you need- we have it all. Kids are welcome until 8pm.

Update 6/17/24: we have now tried them 4 more times since the owner reached out. I will say so much better! We actually have it as a weekly option for us now. We got the supreme pizza along with a pepperoni and sausage and both are good. We love the garlic cheese toast as well. I’m very glad we have them another chance for take out and dine in. It is a family friendly location, with outdoor seating. We enjoyed some live music and outdoor seating with our family. If you are looking for some good food in Spirit Lake this is a place I would recommend!

Unfortunately the pizza wasn’t really even edible. Beyond greasy and would not cook even after I soaked about 8 paper towels of grease from underneath the pizza and so much more left over underneath and on top of the pizza. At that point I just stopped trying to soak it up. . We had heard great things but after spending $50 and no real meal out of it we likely won’t return.

This was one incredible experience!! I absolutely loved feeling like I was a kid again while being able to have adult goodies!! The old school games, kids in a bar, the real food and the people oh the people were amazing love that they own the Moose Lodge too and can’t wait to experience a whole day of Spirit Lake and this place!

Only reason I’m giving the 3 stars is the “new” manager. Never disappointed in the linger until tonight, been a local supporter of this place forever. The new server was awesome, slipped her an extra $20 for being so! Ordered a couple pizzas and pitchers of beer, after getting the bill I noticed it was marked as IPA for some 805 pale ale. $50 for 2 pitchers… When I asked about it the manager said yeah we just charge them as that… If you ordered Coors light or any other beer or would be $17. Got all pissy and walked off, the server we had was so cool, just want to make that clear. Should have ordered a true IPA instead! Then we ordered a couple shots of tequila, the manager recommended a shot. Turned out to be some watered down well crap, served with an orange!! It was trash! And of course made herself one… Usually after a server being awesome I buy them one, she was not awesome at all. Then noticed they tack on 15% if your food is to go… Still tipped more than the highest recommended, but next time I’ll eat a piece, and get a box and leave the cool server the tip!! Get a new “new” manager!

Wife and I took a night off from the big city. Had dinner and drinks. Food was way above average for bar food. They have out a lot of thought and care into the menu. Felt more like a restaurant that happens to serve drinks too! Definitely going back!
We booked a room 2 blocks away at the Moose Inn. Highly recommend this combination of business for a weekend getaway. 10/10!

We just stopped for dinner and Linger Longer Lounge was AWESOME! The staff was peppy and happy to be there. They all interacted, helped us and worked together. So cool! Drinks were icy cold and dinner was delicious! Wish we would have stopped sooner.

I gave 1 star because 0 was not an option. We ordered 2 pizzas. They were both burned. We found a hair in the cheese only that we discovered was baked into the crust. We tried calling to tell them and left a few messages. When they did not call back, we decided to post this review and pics. This was the first, and now only, time we ordered from them.

Best take and bake pizza in the Spirit Lake area. Friendly staff. Grab a drink while you’re waiting for your delicious take n bake. They cook them there too, so be sure to EMPHASIZE take and bake if you’re going that direction. We’ve had a time or two where they’ve cooked our take n bakes. No biggie. Delicious either way.
