Went for the fresh fry. The walleye portion was large and everything came out hot and crispy. The batter on the fish was light but could use a little seasoning. One friend had a very strong old fashioned and the other had a very weak one, ordered at the same time. The building is cozy with beautiful veiws of the lake but not a lot of seating. You might have to get creative to find a parking spot if it it winter or they are busy.

Typical small tried and true Wisconsin lakeside bar. Don’t expect the food to be gourmet but it is good bar food. They give you a huge portion! The service friendly, very nice view! Definitely worth a stop!

We met our aunt and cousin for the Friday night fish fry and it was amazing! It was our first time there and we were treated like family. And although they got slammed with a bunch of parties at the same time they handled it like pros! I was amazed at how many fish fry selections/combinations offered and each of us raved about the choices we made! Kudos to the chef! We can’t wait to go back again!! Both service and food were excellent!

It was extremely busy, fish fry night, but despite being short staffed and overcrowded, staff was extremely gracious and accommodating. The walleye were huge, the Cole slaw was fresh and homemade and the old fashioneds hit perfect at a very reasonable price.
