Ducking our heads low to keep the rain off our faces, the smell of basil and broth hit us as we stepped in. Friendly staff took our orders(we walked up to the counter, not knowing we could sit and be waited on, no biggie) and we anxiously waited for the Phô to arrive. The broth, always different at each establishment, is so rich and satisfying! Basil for me to rip up and spread over the surface of the broth. You know, it’s Phô. If you like it, give Ms. Saigon a try. It’s kinda tucked into a corner but worth looking for

Veggie and chicken dish was delicious! Wonderful lite ginger taste and the high quality red rice was better than I’ve had in a long time! Also real loose leaf fresh jasmine tea was very good! I recommend!

I went for the first time recently and will definitely be back. It’s a small place but the decor and service were spot on, I especially loved the murals on the walls. I ordered the Nem Nướng – Grilled pork sausage roll. It was a massive serving and tasted divine! For vegans and vegetarians, they had so many options to pick from. Highly recommended!!!!

Ordered through DoorDash, if this was just one item missing not a big deal, but they only gave enough broth for 2 of the 3 pho that was ordered, did not even give dasher the shaking noodles that were ordered along with house salad, so upon realizing all that was missing I drove out with below reciept thinking some food was left behind accidentally by dasher, but no instead i xime to the doors locked and no one picking up the phone listed on the door.

Very nice server and the food was amazing! Drinks where kept filled and the food came out very fast. Had a great conversation with the server, happy there are still down to earth people out there. This place needs more recognition! I had the honey chicken starter and Ms. Saigon bowl. Lived in Gig Harbor a long time, I’m glad there is finally somewhere to go that has some new flavors. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others! Thank you again to the one that cooked the food!

Took over an hour to get a to go order that was supposed to take 15 minutes. Plastic was melted. Couldn’t eat food due to melted plastic. No one will answer their phone. Not to mention the poor health department rating and un clean restaurant.

First time eating tonight and I loved my meal. I tried crab Rangoon and it was just right! I absolutely loved the Harbor Shrimp. Large prawns so tasty. The sauce is what made it. I also loved their salad dressing. Everything was fresh, nicely presented and it might have been a little slow, but so worth the wait. I highly suggest the Harbor Prawns! I’m going back!!

I came in today with my whole family and it was outstanding!! The service was great and super friendly. The decor was really nice for a small place.
Also, the food was incredibly delicious for such an affordable price!! The Vietnamese Salad, Ms. Saigon Bowl, and Shaking Beef are my top go-to from now on!
On top of that, their drink menu was also fantastic. I lived in Taiwan for 4 years and their milk tea (where boba and milk tea originated from) was pretty good for a place in Gig Harbor. My kids had some fruit teas and smoothies with boba and they absolutely loved it! My husband ordered one of the fresh juices and he enjoyed it as well.
I am glad we have another great addition of Vietnamese cuisine in the harbor. Very family-friendly! Definitely will be back again.
