If you are going to go here. Wait and order when you go. DO NOT order online. Or you will show up and continue to wait. I ordered online. It said my food would be ready in about 15 mins. I showed up about 20 mins later. Then had to wait 30 more minutes for my food. I also paid $3 extra for bacon that wasn’t on my sub.

I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s several times and they seem to be super busy all the time. I understand they have many orders to fulfill, but they seem to forget about online orders and I’ve waited nearly an hour this evening. Don’t come here to pick up online orders, unless you want to wait forever!

The workers are great and very friendly! I got my food very quickly once I placed my order and even got complimented not only on my food but on myself by someone behind the counter. Their whole atmosphere was so alive and bubbly it honestly makes me wanna work with them lol. God bless them all and will definitely come back to get more!

Tried the new location 4 times have only been able to get food twice. First the steak wasn’t chopped up and it was awful, but they just opened so tried to give it a chance. 2nd time steak was great but 30 minute wait. Last 2 times over a 40 minute wait. So many workers but most are standing around singing and yelling nonsense, they really need a manager. Love jersey mikes but won’t be back to this location

4th time getting a sub. From new location. The first was amazing took 20 min but it was great. Last 3 took 30+ min. Want a Philly no onion. Lettuce and mayo.

Another bait n switch company. They have started to make subs smaller . Not worth the $ or the wait time. There is always like 10 employees just talking amongst each other and not getting much done. Its always 20 to 40 minutes slower than pick up time . I don’t even know why I expect anything more from fast food companies.

Lady at the register was very polite. One young lady making subs had the personality of a rock. No smile. She layed a bag on the counter and didn’t say who it was for. I looked to see if it was mine and she glared at me. The other ladies taking the orders were very nice.

Walked in and it was extremely packed. Workers were so patient and kind with me. If I’m correct, I believe there were only two there making my sub.. still extremely polite! Subs way better than subway, for sure!
