5 minutes at the counter waiting to order. 10 minutes 20 seconds to get the ordered food. Stood back in line for ketchup to have the young man *sigh* ‘what do you need”. Customer service was trash. Honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If it’s still a Healy Family’s it’s fallen far short of the standards they used to demand. It’s worth it to drive 7 minutes into town. Much better service. Fastest too.

Very comfortable friendly, fast, very few mistakes on orders. If there’s a mistake, manager fixes promptly addressed. Donations to the ronald mcdonald house is great.

Pulled in and there was 1 car in the drive thru, Done a Mobile order pulled into spot 4 and waited at least 10 minutes and a car pulled into spot 5 in front of us and within 5 minutes they had their food so my wife went in and asked where our food was and they told her they were packed and they were working on it and didn’t know why the car after us got their food first. My wife told them there wasn’t anyone really there when we got there and it had been past the time given on the app. After about 20 minutes we finally get our food it was cold and the guy bringing it was awkward, he stared at us and never spoke. After getting the food there as no sauces or napkins in the bag so I had to walk in again and get sauces. 25 minutes to get fast food is totally ridiculous… 10/10 do not recommend this McDonald’s stay on 64 and go to Owingsville or Grayson!!!!

Drove thru drive thru. Waited 15 minutes. Told the manager, said they were short workers. No big deal she acted like. Latte machine has been down a long time. Unfortunately, there are so few places in this town to eat at. So competition will not drive them to quality.

The cashier who was new went above and beyond! Took a large group order and was nice and quick about it! Brought our food to us and napkins! The restaurant itself is small but not busy enough to make a difference. One of the pop dispensers was broke. But overall a clean and great McDonald’s!

This is a medium size property, parking will be limited and challenging for big rigs and or RV’s. Food was hot, service was prompt and the store and bathrooms were clean.

I never leave reviews. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I come here all the time. Last week it was almost daily or every other day. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have to pull into a spot to wait for literally a cheeseburger and fries. And they will serve 10+ cars behind me. The only thing they serve is cheeseburgers and fries. How do they not have this ready? Well today I thought of placing a mobile order ahead of time to beat the line. Here I am waiting 27 minutes for literally cheeseburger and fries. The drive through line has already fully cleared out, that would have been faster. This McDonald’s is absolutely ridiculous. I am constantly late every due to them not being able to serve customers quickly. A mobile pickup should be ready when it’s supposed to be ready. I can not stand this location.

It’s on Trailer Park Rd so keep your expectations low. Frappe lid wasn’t attached properly so it spilled all over me and our car before even leaving the drive up. The ambulance behind us received a sundae that also wasn’t secured properly so it spilled all over the ambulance and EMTs. Ridiculous. Go elsewhere.

I would love to rate the food I so wanted to eat, however my family and many others ended up leaving with a refund and not food. Some after waiting for 60 minutes…for McDonald’s food!
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Napkins were empty, dining room was a disaster, no one accountable for the lack of service, and no one to take an order.
I appreciate I was given my money back after waiting 40 minutes with no food, but I had to ask for it. I’m amazed the store was open. No leadership, organization, or understanding on the parts of the employees.
I actually felt sorry for the one who was really trying to I hope he can stick with it.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I stopped to get breakfast after months of not going here because under the old management they could never get orders correct and then they sold out to another company and I thought that I would give it another try after the last year or a little longer staying away and it’s still the same screwed up place. They can’t get 3 items in a bag and get an order correct if their job depended on it. Yes I know I should have checked the bag before I pulled away but I was in a hurry so I didn’t and after getting home and getting my food out to eat of course half of my order was missing and the guy working the drive thru just looked lost when he handed it out to me. This place is pathetic and it will be the last time I ever get anything from this restaurant the one downtown is so much and at least they can’t get your order correct. I don’t get up early enough for breakfast hardly ever but they managed to ruin that for the day and to beat it all I called and they said I could drive several miles back if I wanted to pick up what they didn’t do or I had 7 days to pick it up well I ain’t in your area and won’t be back out in 7 days so you took my money for food I didn’t get so no food and no refund. That must be how you all have stayed in business so long.
