Absolutely a very horrific experience. The food must’ve been sitting on the grill for at least an hour. The employees were laughing and giggling it took so long to get my food. And I was the only one in the restaurant at 805 pm. Your employees need to learn Customer Service. Your restaurant used to be so good. The food used to be so fresh.

My boyfriend ordered 2 double chicken tostadas and one was without pico gallo cause I’m allergic to tomatoes and he ordered both of them with xtra rice and xtra beans and they only gave us light beans and light rice hence we paid for extra bad customer service and chicken felt like it wasn’t fully cooked on the outside but I’m giving a 2 star rating despite it being bad customer service and didn’t get what we paid for because my boyfriend said the food was really good the taste and flavor but I didn’t get to eat it cause the allergy I have
