When you finish a customer order, tell them. Why ask my name if you aren’t going to tell me my order is ready. The staff was casual, no sense of urgency. Also it’s nice to be thanked for spending my money at an establishment. But not here. It felt like they didn’t want me there.

I had an incredibly horrible experience at this Taco Bell last night. The food was stale, and my tacos were falling apart—absolutely not fit for sale. When I tried to get help, I was ignored for an incredibly long time. I asked for a manager, and despite being told one would come, no one appeared. Eventually, they did process a refund, but it was only after a long wait and repeated neglect. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. I feel for the drive-thru customers who won’t realize the quality until it’s too late. This location definitely needs corporate attention. I won’t be returning.

Disappointing Brunch Experience, But Friendly Service
I stopped by this location for brunch and decided to try the Vege Chalupa and Nacho Fries. Unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The Vege Chalupa was watery and not even warm, which made it unappealing. It lacked the fresh, flavorful taste I was hoping for. As for the Nacho Fries, they didn’t taste anything like nachos. The flavor was off, and the dish felt bland and uninspired—definitely not what I expected.
Given the quality of the food, I’m not sure I’ll be returning for a meal anytime soon. However, I did want to mention that the service was a redeeming factor. The clerk who assisted me was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. She made the experience much more pleasant, which is why I gave this review 3 stars rather than something lower.
I do hope the staff takes more care when preparing food, ensuring it’s served warm and up to standard. It almost felt like they were serving pre-made, frozen items that were just quickly microwaved, which isn’t what I expect from a place like this.
On a positive note, this location is very convenient, with easy access from and to the Interstate 5 Highway, making it a good stop if you’re just passing through. Hopefully, with some attention to food quality and preparation, this could be a better experience in the future.

We stopped at this taco bell twice on our roadtrip from california, it is genuinely the best taco bell I have ever gotten, in food quality, service, and speed. California taco bells need to seriously step it up, because this has set new standards for me. Thank you Maria.

We did a drive through. Paid for chicken quesadillas, but zero chicken was added.
Paid for crispy cheese tacos, but cheese was cold and wrapped in the paper. This was less than careless. To be clear, the picture of this taco should be melted crispy cheese. Both tacos were cold.
Called for refund, but was unable to cancel the charge without turning around. We are on a road trip and not going back for this.
3 of the 5 items were completely wrong. A 60% failure on one order is not an accident.

I drive late at night and pass here a lot. During this pandemic (especially earlier than most places) , it was great that it was open in the middle of the night. I figured I would get something nice and simple. A steak quesadilla. There is often a line, which is fine for the time and location. Often you have to wait 10+ minutes to even get to order. Again, due to location and time, I can easily accept that. What I can’t accept is that the food is always undercooked. Cheese isn’t melted in burritos, quesadillas, etc… I’ve tried to give this place a chance numerous times, but I’ll be stopping in Woodburn, or somewhere else from now on. I encourage you to not support somewhere with such consistent poor quality. It’s late night availability is what gets its second star.

Looks great since the remodel good job! Haven’t been inside since but next time around I will. Fast and friendly service. Dine in or drive through its connected to the subway and pilot gas station. So you can get all your pit stop done all at once for the whole family. Snacks, bathroom, taco bell. It’s all there.
