My experience on this occasion was disappointing. My party of 3 ordered the HAMBRR lunch box which is a $16 weekday lunch special featuring a choice of either the Fake Shack or O.K.C. burger, served with fries and two jumbo buttermilk onion. This is great value.
I chose the O.K.C. burger while my 2 companions ordered the Fake shack burger, one with added bacon.
The service was tepid and very okay. A service check was done after I had finished the fries and onion rings. Would have enjoyed hot sauce with those.
The food all arrived at a good time and the burger patties were cooked to perfection. Although it could have benefited from a bit more seasoning. The Fake shack burgers were thoroughly enjoyed and the fries were all very delicious and well seasoned. The onion rings were well seasoned and fried perfectly but was missing that sweet oniony taste.
The O.K.C. burger does not come with any tomato or lettuce and as a result it was very dry with an overpowering mustard taste. Overall, not a well balanced burger.
I had a reservation and we were seated close to the doorway and in this cold weather it necessitated me to keep my winter coat buttoned up throughout the meal.

Allysa was put server and she is not only an asset to this place but to the Hospitality industry. Attention to customers was next level we felt really being taken care of. And she went put of the way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Thank you and God Bless

Food looks so good online and even in person. However, a wise man once said “taste is king”…..appearance over taste is the theme if this restaurant. The vibe looks really cool the decor is giving gastro pub….the seats are the most uncomfortable chairs ive ever sat on in a restaurant or even fast food joint. The music, so loud, conversation is hard to have when you can barely hear the person next to you. The food was just OK. Pretty pricey for what you get and the fries came out cold and stale. Everything is an extra charge and the quality just isn’t there.

got the Friday night flight Wich is 4 beer online it’s marked $10 in restaurant it’s marked $16 it is realy 1 beer in 4 glasses you can have 4 different kinds in order.

The table next to us looked like they had amazing service. Us, not so much. Our server was not the worst I have ever encountered, but also, not great. The food was very good! I got the NOVEMBRGR special with poutine.

First time visiting but highly recommended! They did not disappoint! Plenty of choices of burgers and sides to satisfy every taste! All of our choices were prepared to perfection and absolutely delicious. We had fries, fried pickles and onion rings and all of the accompaniments were top-notch as well! We had a fabulous meal and the staff were very efficient and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

We came here because the photos of the burgers looked so good. Our burgers were really tasty and delicious. I feel like dining in would’ve been better than takeaway, but we still enjoyed our food and will definitely be going back!
