Very very good breakfast cafe. Karina’s Chilaquiles were tasty, pancake stack with added fruit was delicious. Coffee and chai latte were excellent. Highly recommended.

Just found this fast casual place to get some breakfast. I had the croissant breakfast sandwich which was great. The place has a very clean and modern look and the service was very friendly and really attentive. I would definitely recommend to grab breakfast or lunch and they also have all the usual coffee drinks, juices and smoothies and great bakery goods.

Great food and great vibes! I ate my chilaquiles too fast to get any pictures, but they were delicious. Also got a smoothie and the fruit tasted nice and fresh.

My husband and I stayed at the AC Hotel and this place came highly recommended by the front desk. Front desk mentioned smash burgers and we were on our way . The smash burgers were excellent and fries extra crispy just like I like. Above and beyond customer service. The restaurant owner and father of 3 Boys came to our table to talk to us and offered a free ice cream cone or sundae on the house. It was an amazing gesture. My stomach was full; I couldn’t eat any more. The kindest sweetest family owners. We wish them much success ❤️.

Such a cute place, they have plenty of seating with wifi !!!! I got a breakfast sandwich with soyrizo, some pastries, and a chocolate latte! All of it was amazing! Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich, it was so so so yummy! The cashier and owner were super nice and helpful!

Such welcoming staff, makes you feel right at home! If I could recommend anything on the menu it would be a Pastrami Sandwich with an Arnold Palmer. I can’t wait to come back!

I think I just found my new favorite lunch spot! I work in the area and the choice of lunch spots is extremely limited. I was therefor excited when Three Boys Diner opened. Finally a new option! The food is extremely well prepared. Fresh, delicious and flavorful. The wait is longer than your average place, so plan that in, but it is so worth it. Wishing them much success and thank you for giving this area a new lunch option!
