You should have a reservation during certain times if you want the whole menu to choose from to eat it there, if you just want to get food to go the menu is limited and you choose what you want from a kiosk. That being said, we had a reservation, it wasn’t busy at that time. For 6 of us the food came 45 minutes to an hour later after it was ordered, 2 of the dishes were cold when they came out and returned back to the kitchen after my friends requested for it to be redone, a hot dish should not come out cold, especially after waiting so long for it. My other friends got a dish with steak and said it tasted funny (they eat here frequently and said it never tasted like that the other times), they didn’t finish it because of that. My food was good, I expected more from people saying how great it is. I still enjoyed my dish and it had good flavor and was hot. The prices weren’t bad, the service was not great. They only came to take the order and bring the food to you. We all got the 1st drink when we sat down and that was it some no one came back. Our appetizers even took so long to come out that we forgot we ordered them until they came. I personally was just not impressed by anything during this dining experience. The best menu options are for dine in. Also it tells you on the menu, their Ramen is not in a bowl of soup, it is on a plate, no liquid. All in all, I personally thought it was ok, if you don’t mind waiting for your food so long that you forgot what you ordered. My plate was decent but I would not go out of my way to stop here. If I’m in the casino, I still may just go to the food court, which is also on a kiosk, 1 kiosk for the entire food court, but you’ll get your food faster.

I’ve been there for several times,but this time was the worst experience. I made a reservation beforel went there,but after i sat down,I waited for half an hour and nobody came to greet us ,no service, no water,no shimp chips at all. That’s so annoying .And the duck Yun ton soup tasted badly,chicken & beef in fried rice and noodles are so hard,you’ll easily lose your teeth.

Ordered Thai basil stir fry. I asked if I could swap the pork for chicken and was told that it shouldn’t be a problem. I was up charged $6 without my consent. The dish was extremely salty. When I asked if I could get something else in place they said it would be no problem to swap it out. I get my bill and rice the up charge and that they only discounted me half of the cost of the meal I returned. When I questioned why I wasn’t given a full discount I was told it was because I ate some of the rice. I will say the waitress was great!

The venue is located in the casino. The atmosphere is lively but the seating style is intimate and softly lit.
The service was awesome and we were seated promptly.
The food is definitely great. The pho could have had more noodles, for the price. But I guess you’re paying premium for the location. The pho broth is average. The meats are good and oxtail addition is appreciated.
I love their chicken wings. It has a unique flavor that no other restaurant has. The chicken satay was a bit dry. The Thai basil pork dish was really good.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here yesterday, especially since it happened on my birthday.
It took about 30 minutes just to receive our waters, and another 30 minutes after that for our starters to arrive. We placed our main course order shortly after, but after waiting an additional hour, the food still had not come out. During that entire time, not a single staff member checked in on our table or provided any update.
Eventually, we had to walk into the middle of the restaurant ourselves to ask someone about the status of our meal. When the waitress finally noticed us, she casually picked up a bag from the counter and handed it to us, saying that our to-go order was ready. Apparently our order had been prepared as takeout because she had apparently “misunderstood,” while we sat there waiting the entire time with no updates.
What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability. The waitress remained very casual about the situation and did not apologize. We actually had to get the manager involved before we received any acknowledgment or apology for the mistake.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Fantastic food and a lovely location. Often a long wait, this place has always been great. Creative recipes on your favorites, so expect something that is next level. My only disappointment was the tuna tar tar, as I didn’t think the texture was as amazing as the sashimi cut I expected, but it had great flavor and presentation. I am also quite pleased with the flatware, as I normally get annoyed with cheap cutlery when everything else has such nice attention to detail. They really focused on the details here. The food here was top notch, and Tommy did a great job keeping things topped off. We will go back soon!

I went for takeout, and unfortunately, they noted that I had to eat in, in order to take out, without using the kiosk, which didn’t have a full menu. Fortunately, I had time to burn, and their rolls were very good as I awaited takeout. The Crab Rangoon was the highlight of the takeout items.
