Excellent experience at IHOP (635 & Josey)!
I loved this place. Despite being compact, it’s super efficient and the service is unbeatable. The waiters were always available and the food has a great touch and flavor.
Also, the accessibility is very good, with ample parking and easy access. Undoubtedly, one of the best IHOPs I’ve ever visited.

Everything was good with the food and the waiter was phenomenal. The only thing i didn’t like was that one of the employees yelled at our waiter for something that was not on the menu. She shouldn’t yell at employees in front of customers.

Got the sirloin tips and eggs, wow and not in a good way. Never had meat taste like that and even the eggs tasted off. Never had sirloin taste like that and even felt weird in my mouth. I’m done with IHOP, never again. IHOP has definitely has changed too much and it’s not good and pricey for very low quality food. Very nice service is what I can say.

The people working here are the real story of my most recent visit here. They are welcoming, kind, and attentive. They smile. They wave hi and bye.
I left the hospital late on Thanksgiving day 2025, and here, I was given more than food. I was given kinship, comfort, and pleasant company. The crew here really made a difference for me, and at a difficult time.
The pumpkin pancakes were better than my Mom’s. Perfect chewiness, and they didn’t “peel apart” like pancakes can. htt the grill chef.

Doc provided excellent service. Super attentive to our table, always refilling drinks and periodically checking if we were taken care of. Definitely made the experience great and would personally ask management to assign him to be our server.

Never in my life have I ever been gaslight over a menu order. Well Miss Paula J thought that would be a good idea. Me and my spouse ordered smoked sausage instead of the pork links. Its not for us its for our son he dosnt like the pork links some give him our smoked sausage from the combo meal. Now if you dont know IHOP offered 2 different sausage links. One is a thin rounded link, the other is your typical smoked sausage link cut in half. After ordering Paula brought is the substituted links but they were the rounded pork links. When I tried to explain to her that these were the wrong ones. Instead of confirming with someone who would know since obviously she didn’t, she tried to tell me these were the correct ones I ordered. Then proceeded to use a menu item that had both pork link and smoked sausage as justification. Sad for her I can read and its quite clear due to other menu items how VERY WRONG she was. So after explaining exactly how wrong she was i was rightfully refuned, breakfast was ruined and I simply left paying for the items that where right and nothing more. I wouldn’t visit this IHOP again.

Teresa G was assigned to our table today. I say assigned rather than served, because the ‘service’ was wanting.
We struggled to find her and get her attention to refill our coffee and ask for other things we needed. We felt rushed and hurried by her approach.
To be honest, we were willing to put that all aside and assume it was just a bad day for her. Except she did something that was very telling of her character. In the melee of the family rush at our table, she assumed we would not notice she’d given herself a 25% tip. She assumed we just hit ‘accept’ and be on our way. Having caught it and corrected it to an amount that accurately reflected her effort, a dour expression crossed her face.
Teresa G, is this your usual doing? Does management know? Or management, do you all not care?
Aside from this, the food was also lacking in flavor and certain items were missing. Unfortunately, we were unable to flag our ‘server’ to correct them.
