I don’t say this lightly, this is the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. The fish is fresh, well-cut, flavorful, and the quality is exceptional. The specialty rolls are creative but not over the top, everything is balanced and thoughtfully put together. Nothing was overworked, nothing needed sauce-it all spoke for itself.
Service was relaxed yet attentive, never rushed and made the whole experience feel comfortable. Fancy Sushi is one of those places you’re genuinely excited to come back to, and easily THE BEST sushi spot in Bluffton.

Party of three and little one was seated right away at dinner time. We were immediately served with complementary food and our server was the best I’ve had in years! Drinks filled and polite well timed check in on the table. I asked about a preference on the ramen and it did not disappoint, the sushi was delicious too. If we weren’t so full we would have had even more sushi (very fresh &priced well). I will definitely be visiting again. Wonderful Team at Fancy Sushi ~Dinner 10/02/24

When I say I loved this restaurant I LOVED this restaurant. We came in with reservations for 6:00 but they were able to seat us at 5:30 when we had arrived early. There seems to be only one waitress here. We received a delicious FREE appetizer. Our waitress even gave us two free soups as well. I was extremely impressed by my sushi and the hibachi. I am overall very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend the rock-‘n’-roll, sushi roll. Highly recommend this restaurant for any group looking for good priced sushi. so so good and so fresh. I am very impressed and happy with my experience. Please consider going.

Try the “Highway 17” roll… it’s amazing. Love that you get a free warm appetizer when you sit down as you just don’t see that at other places anymore. It really shows that they are service forward. The only downside is that the prices are a bit more than I would have liked for the amount of food but either way, I hight recommend

I work in Bluffton so we decided to try out Fancy Sushi after work. We started with a complimentary appetizer which I believe was fried Kani. Delicious! My wife got the Vegetable Tempora which came with a salad. She enjoyed it.
For Sushi we got the Rock and Roll roll, the Spicy Trio Roll, the Lucky Dragon roll and the Surf and Turf roll. All were outstanding. Loved the thinly sliced Steak on top of the Surf and Turf roll.
For dessert we tried the Fried Oreos and Banana Ice Cream. Both sweet and yummy. If you’re ever in Bluffton definitely check them out!

Service and food were great. We were not in a rush so we didn’t mind waiting for a little bit. The server was all by herself, but besides all that service wasn’t too crazy slow. It went smooth. Atmosphere is great. My favorite sushi roll is the flaming dragon. I really love the guava hard candy they have.

Fancy Sushi is not fancy at all but absolutely delicious! We’ve been several times, and each time, everything has been delicious and beautifully presented. If you’re looking for delicious sushi, noodle bowls, Japanese dishes, or soups, this is your place!
