I got the bogo deal, maverick order, the pizza taste so dry, felt like i was eating just bread, plus the people that work look like they hate there life, they look miserable being there!!! Never getting a &pizza even if it has a bogo special, waste of money!!!

It was my first time coming to the Gaithersburg location, I placed my order through the app and was about to take advantage of the BOGO deal. I normally went to the germantown when I lived in here, now that I’ve moved back I truly have missed it. Great staff, great food and the mango passion fruit drink is always on point! The food was very good, as it is at all of the &pizza locations. The customer service, however, is not up to par at this location, and has not been for a long time. I’ve had two negative interactions On two different days now at this location, Where the employee was acting, unnecessarily, rude, and entitled when I literally just came in and told them who I was picking up for.

I’ve been waiting for this &pizza to open for what seems like foreverrrrr. The inside is absolutely beautiful!! I love the pink and the green, such a unique location! The staff were amazing, I’m loving the DIVERSITY and the energy here!! They were all extremely nice and patient with their customers. Chrissy was an absolute boss at the register! She was getting bombarded with food delivery people and customers trying to pay. Then this gangster old guy tried to pay for a pie with a hundred dollar bill lmao, It was epic. From Chrissy’s reaction to the old man just casually slipping out hundreds. I was dyinggggg haha. Then after he left, the server froze and It wasn’t letting me pay, but Chrissy adapted and over came !!! She got me signed up with the rewards and I got a free cookie while the server started working again. I had an awesome time and an even better time eating my amazing pizza. Thank you Gaithersburg (square) Team!!!

The staff are very professional and never once messed up on my orders. Thank you for taking the time out to listen to details for each order. For this time around, I order Hot Knots, Buffalo 66, and the third was a creation of my own. Keep up the good work and stop by to enjoy a fabulous pizza.

Stay away from this store. I made a trip recently and ended up getting 2 burnt pizza. Also in the very beginning I asked if I can replace one topping and the lady was sure. In the end they charge me extra.

This pizza spot is kids approved. Came to their pediatrician in the area,and the location was located in a prime location. Service was on point. Staff very friendly. Tables to sit and eat. Quiet atmosphere. Also, pretty clean and tidy. Will be back.
