Never again! 2 friends took me here today for my birthday. I got the 20oz bone in Ribeye w/ baked sweet potato and asparagus. Steak was more fat than meat. Meal was just warm. My friend got the Chicken tenders w/ a loaded backed potato and rice. His baked potato wasn’t even warm and the Chicken tenders looked like they came out of a frozen store bought bag bearly warm and the rice also. 2nd friend got a Ribeye w/ a baked potato and asparagus also just warm. The only thing we got hot and fast were the appetizers, a blooming onion and mushrooms. The meals took forever to arrive which is why we were so surprised that everything wasn’t hot. Service was good! Atmosphere was good! I am a level 8 reviewer have been doing straight up reviews for years. This was a great disappointment!

Items seemed overpriced. If I’m paying 35 for a steak, I at least expect it to be cooked right. I ordered a medium rare and I got a medium/done. Partners steak came out a perfect medium rare. Might as well go to Texas Roadhouse and save money.

party of 2 for a 55 birthday dinner on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Everything was seamless, hot and fresh. I really only do 5 star reviews, paying attention to the positive. The young male foh manager was very visible and supportive of his staff and our lady was the best server. I like to just ask what is good here, besides steak, and she had great answers. Forgive me for forgetting your name lady but she was an expert at Outback service.

Love this place. The food is great the service is great. These guys always take care of me and my family. The steak is the best ordered the sirloin and as always is great. I eat here several times per week drive a hour to get there and always well worth it. I past a couple of outbacks just because of the great service. I highly recommend this place.

Went tonight…I work in resturants..we wanted to go to our favorite spot but decided to give u all another chance… we got rt in no wait. Our waiter came over rt away. Didnt suggest an app a drink or the 3 course starting at at 14.99… My partner steak was to be med rare..came out like it had just been slaughtered… waiter grabbed a plate brought it back to kitchen why not just make a fresh one???? It came back out only to b tough as beef Jerky or a hockey puck… he seemed to be focused on something else. I had to ask the host other waitresses to grab an extra soda.i wanted another glass of wine was never asked. Never even offered dessert. It will take a lot for me to ever visit again.

Was looking forward to dinner the night before last but was let down the blooming onion was soft cold and tasted like it had been under heat lamp was not fresh even our burgers didn’t taste right plus one was little pink, not ok! The best thing was the dark brown rye bread and butter at least it was soft anyway disappointed but will come back soon because I know how good they used to be

Went to outback tonight… our go to restaurant the food is always perfect but this is the third time our server did not seem like they want to serve us , did not check on our food an we had to ask other staff for napkins etc ….

Our waitress was awful, we arrived at 515 and left at 645 with our food in boxes. I took my mom to dinner to celebrate a huge accomplishment and we didn’t even get to enjoy our food in the restaurant. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and they were so ready to go. I understand being short staffed, but our waitress could have communicated that to us. The manager did take $30 off our bill and asked us to give them a second chance.

Went to Outback Steakhouse with my wife for my birthday, and it was honestly the worst restaurant experience we’ve had in a long time.
The restaurant was uncomfortably cold from the moment we sat down. After ordering, we waited nearly an hour for our food and never saw our server again. Someone else eventually dropped the meals off without checking on us once.
Every item arrived room temperature. We both ordered our steaks medium, but they came out bloody rare, and mine was very spicy for some reason — For a steakhouse, that’s the one thing you expect them to get right.
We ate about half before giving up, paid at the table, and left. Ended up grabbing pizza on the way home. Total waste of time and over $100 and a miserable birthday dinner experience.

Our waiter was the best. Extremely funny and helpful. I love the $10.00 take home meals, it’s a fantastic deal. We also had the gingerbread drink, it also came with a Santa dressed koala bear which was so cute.
