A friend of Carol Stream recommended us to eat at this restaurant because we had booked the hotel for the weekend rest, and what a good choice!
I have to say that everything was delicious! The attention of the lady who was there was exceptional, I don’t know her name, but thank you!
We ordered nachos and a ribeye for main, it was delicious, everything on that plate was delicious, even the broccoli lol
It is not cheap, but we have already learned that in Illinois nothing is cheap!

Overpriced and mediocre quality
I’ve tried their breakfast menu and their dinner menu and both were the same; over priced and just average tasting. Nothing special here at all.

I can not recommend trying Burger Theory, unfortunately.

This restaurant is in the Holiday Inn near my house. I know they have good burgers, so I’ll go there every once in a while. I order to go & have a beer while I wait for my food. Tonight, they were busier than usual, so my food came up before someone was able to get me a beer. The woman that served me realized this and went above & beyond to make up for it. I don’t experience service this great too much anymore. It’s something that’ll not just keep me as a customer, but actually make me want to come in more. Definitely required a good review.

Food was ok but way better than other hotels in area. Wait staff lost out on lots of tip money for not telling me about the specials. Small portions, old fruit, horrible green sauce. I recommend the ribeye tacos.

Really a wonderful hotel run by wonderful, kind people. The housekeeping is trustworthy and the desk clerks are attentive whenever there is a need.
Also there is a nice pool, the bar is very low key with an enjoyable atmosphere. And sometimes there are vendors selling cool stuff in the lobby, like little cross key chains and scarves.

This place is definitely one of the best places that I had ever been to! Burger theory resto, the best. they really have the greatest service. Their staff would literally greet you once you come un and they are friendly, kind, polite, decent, well trained, cooperative, professional and patient which is a good thing since I would always ask for their opinion. they would always talk to you properly and assist you if ever you need help with something. Whether it would be by their menu or just regarding about the place itself. Their burgers were great and the kid’s meals were also so awesome, their drinks have huge varieties and I love how perfectly portioned their preparations are. The visual of their place is also neat, unique, and decent. The inside is clean, neat, tidy, well organized, bright, and awesome. They really have the best ambiance and a calming vibe that really did change my mood up. Would definitely like to go back here again for another time! thank you for the wonderful experience! Absolute terrible experience here. The manager was rude and had a terrible level of professionalism. The restaurant staff brings the quality of this hotel down so much. I had a voucher for free breakfast for 2 adults and because of that, the manager had an attitude from the moment we walked in. He tried telling us that it was only worth $20 although when I called hotels.com and IHG they both said that I was correct and that the stay included free breakfast for 2 adults. The front desk staff said it was up to the restaurant manager and they wouldn’t honor the voucher I paid for through hotels.com. After 40 minutes of going back and forth on the phone, and missing my entire breakfast with my family, the restaurant manager agreed to honor what should have been done in the first place. Absolutely unnecessary experience with such a beautiful hotel. P.S. Whether I booked through 3rd party or not, the offer should have been honored especially since IHG seen the breakfast included for 2 adults on their end. I plan to also send a review to IHG on behalf of this situation. Never had such an experience at any other Holiday inn I’ve ever booked at through hotels.com and I’ve paid for the voucher many times and have NEVER been told it couldn’t be used.

Nice hotel affiliated burger/bar space ( you can see the front desk from some bar seats). I did take out and the flat screens had sports and news feeds flowing so no boredom during wait for food and friendly bar chats available. Great wait staff. Good burgers.

Order your food a week or two in advance to keep your wait time under an hour. This might be the slowest restaurant ever. Few patrons, most of them not eating. I’m pretty sure I saw George Washington gnawing on a cold piece of saltack with his wooden teeth and tears in his eyes, but his food was cold for sure.
