Today 4/20/2024 I put in a order here in Porterville at the local Wingstop and this is the garbage they gave us 2 wings and the rest drumsticks with no seasoning for a 15 piece combo and the fries just like the picture were shredded fries and nothing was seasoned proper. I’m hoping corporate works on this beacuse this is horrible service and food is terrible and not worth the purchase or being a loyal customer like I once was. This time will definitely be my last purchase from any Wingstop they are no longer worth it

Ordered takeout. Arrived to get my wings, and when I asked for straws, was assured that the straws would be in the bag. I left with my food and arrived home. When I did, I first realized my straws weren’t in the bag. Then, I realized instead of giving me one coke and a water, they gave me two cokes. Didn’t complain too much, until I drank them and realized they were diet and cherry. Wings tasted fine, but both I and my sister felt rough after, and my sister even woke up early in the morning to throw up the 4 wings she ate. Never ordering here again.

My family ordered food for dinner and there was a mistake in our order. We only realized this once we drove 20 minutes to our home. We called and were instructed to come back with the bag of food. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes my kids were hungry and ate. When we arrived the cashier was nice but the lady in the kitchen was so rude to her and never spoke to us directly. She went through the bag and spoke loudly. We got the bag back with the missing wings but she had thrown out the fries and corn and consolidated the rest of the wings. This was such an unpleasant experience I felt so bad for the cashier that I didn’t want to make it a bigger deal at the time. This was poor customer service to say the least. I really hope she was not the manager, she seemed like a disgruntled supervisor who does not know how to talk to people. I am definitely not returning to this wing stop.

Ordered ahead for my lunch break told me it will be 20min gave them 30 went to pick up my order and they said it wasn’t ready had to wait for another order ahead of me. What’s the whole point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait if you’re busy just say that and I’ll understand. Asked for a refund and they are incompetent and took long giving me that to. Do better and remember the fundamentals of service. Very disappointed

It’s understandable that weekend days will be busy and there might be a wait time even for mobile orders but I had to wait for 45+ minutes for my mobile order even after it was supposed to be ready. I asked twice what the wait time was and they kept on saying that they’re “bagging” it…why does it take 10+ minutes to bag it? What does “bagging” mean if it’s not that I’m going to have my food in my hands within the next 2-4 minutes? When I did get “my” order, I checked the bag and it was not my order so I went and told them to which they finally gave me my order. The customer service was not it, and my food is now cold.
