There prices are way 2 high i just went an ordered 2 chicken strip baskets an they come with drinks an it was 30 some bucks I was going ro order the baskets an a hot fudge sunday an a banana split an it was almost 50 bucks now if dairy queen in olive hill ky is robbing people then something is wrong I DO NOT RECOMMEND going there I will travel to grayson or morehead before I ever go back there again they there is no way that there food should be that high because there food isn’t that good to be price gouging like that

A friend & I went there to eat. They were getting ready to close and we went around the drive-thru and was asked to pull up and had to wait until the food was cooked. So if that is what it takes to get hot and fresh food from Dairy Queen is show up 10 mins before closing then I need to start doing jus that! The food had jus came out the fryer cause it was so hot to eat! And when I took that 1st bite it was so tasty and fresh! Its a shame tho that a person cant get hot and fresh food all the time not jus 10 mins before a restaurant closes. I give Dairy Queen a 10/10 this time!

Poor service. Cashier didn’t acknowledge us coming in or even ask what he could get for us. The fryer alarms were going off the whole time and it was several minutes before anyone cleared them. We had the pleasure of listening to them while we waited for the cashier to enter our order of 4 standard dessert items. They were out of ingredients for some of their seasonal treats. The restaurant was empty but all the tables were dirty. They were completely out of napkins. Yes, napkins. I don’t expect perfection at fast food places, but the only good thing about this experience was the ice cream itself.

Love this place, exsp there royal cheesecake blizzards, but they all complain there selves that they can’t even use there points they get for what they buy, and neither can the costumers. Not a soul has tryed to fix it, so we scan our receipts for nothing, the points add up exsp. If you spend as much as I do, but I can’t use them!! So what’s the point, in points!!! Lol there’s a very sweet women named Mary there and she seems to be the heart of that place, she’s down to earth, will help in anyway, And takes her time to make sure your happy with your order. That’s imp. to me!! DQ should be proud to have her!! Wish they would get the points system fixed tho.

The food was fresh but that’s the only compliment. They had 2 people working, a 3rd person was on break. I suppose we got there at the right time because the wait was minimal. There were no customers in the store but not a clean table in the place. The tray they put our food on was covered in ketchup. We had to go back to the counter to get the gravy and BBQ that we told them we wanted while placing our order. At the end of the meal we waited 15 minutes to order ice cream and at that point we just left. I know labor is expensive but if you have more staff you could make more money. I worked for DQ for 10 years and I’d have been extremely upset if I lost a sale because I didn’t staff appropriately. The girl working the counter was trying her hardest but when you’re doing both the counter and the drive thru it is hard.
