Proud to serve greater San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, New Braunfels and Wimberley area. This Ramen store that was established in 2017 offers arrays of Japanese Ramens from Tonkotsu; spicy tonkotsu, Shoyu, chicken base and also some vegetarian ramens like Miso & Creamy Vegy ramens.
Our Tonkotsu ramen is the closest Hakata style Tonkotsu ramen that you can find in Texas. We make tonkotsu broth daily that takes average 17 hours and our chili paste prepared in house from red Thai chili making the ramen even tastier. We also served beef gyudon, chicken teriyaki, dry ramen, fried rice, fried noodle (Yakisoba) and Poke that will make any visit at anytime with anyone easier to decide. Dine in, togo or delivery with DoorDash, ubereats or chownow.

Some friends and I were trying to find a good ramen place to eat for lunch, when we came across Koro Ramen and decided to try it, and definitely glad we came! I got the Tonkotsu Ramen while my friends get the spicy version, it was AMAZING! They were extremely nice and friendly to me and my friends, and food came out pretty fast too. Definitely coming back again!

Second time here and it keeps getting better. The host/server was incredibly sweet and helpful. I got the veggie gyoza which is the best veggie gyoza I ever had. I also got the poke bowl; the fish was fresh, the portion was perfect, and the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Wings were so crispy. Never had wings like that before and the flavor was so good. A spicy mild flavor with a hint of sweetness to it. I also got a spicy tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious. Service was great. Definitely coming here again. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Spicy tonkatsu ramen and pork gyoza is my go-to. I came in tonight and they were busier than I’ve ever seen. I’m assuming there was a game tonight or something? Despite being slammed, the server did a fantastic job juggling all the tables and the kitchen kept up with the pace. Extremely impressed. From what I could see there were only two people working. Great food and great service!
