Came in for a late lunch with a client and my first impression was being greeted with a smile and a welcome to Zaxbys.
We placed our order, and once we sat with our drinks, the food was brought to our table almost immediately. Everything was fresh, hot, and correct.
The appearance of the store was immaculate in cleanliness. The gentleman cleaning the dining room was detailed in making sure trash, tables, and trays were cleaned, emptied, and orderly.
While eating one of the staff came by our table to just check in and make sure we were doing ok and didn’t anything.
The staff was professional, in good spirits, interacting with one another with high morale and genuinely seemed pleased to be at work.
It made for a pleasurable experience and also makes me want to come back to this one in particular throughout my work travels.
Thank you for providing an outstanding experience.

Came to this location after work and asked for a chicken bacon ranch loaded fries only to just get chicken ranch fries… if they would of stated they didn’t have bacon I would ordered something else. I paired with exact cash so I didn’t need a receipt and the manger was unhelpful. I knows kids need work experience but they need to get rid of those high schoolers who just like to play and talk,even the manger sounds like a kid.

I wanted to bring a serious service issue to your attention regarding my visit on Sunday:
Food Quality: I was served cold, greasy fries. I watched the staff pre-cooking large batches despite the store not being busy.
Staff Conduct: The kitchen staff was unprofessional. After I requested fresh food, I was met with glares and served fries that were intentionally over-salted to the point of being inedible.
Management/Efficiency: The front-end worker was left completely unsupported, handling multiple roles while the drive-thru team chatted and ignored her.
I ended up throwing my meal away. While the cashier deserves a commendation for her hard work, the kitchen staff’s spiteful behavior is the reason I will not be back.

The service from Alfred was exceptional. He greeted me with a warm, positive attitude and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Alfred was attentive, quick, and made sure my order was exactly right, checking in to ensure everything was fresh and prepared how I wanted. His professionalism and friendly personality truly elevated my experience.

I enjoy the interaction everything I come to this store. The workers are energetic and love what they do. On Tuesdays, Taven greets me as soon as I enter. We make small talk because I only order two things from Zaxbys depending on the mood.

Taking care of mother one day out from surgery, so we really couldn’t go out anywhere. I placed an online mobile order ($54 worth) and had my son go pick it up. I didn’t receive our whole order and what we did receive was not good quality. I tried to call and complain but only got the answering machine. I left a voicemail and have not heard anything back. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
Pictured is the Asian inspired salad with the egg roll. As you can see the salad is very wilted and soggy looking and the egg roll is so burnt it’s almost black. Disgusting

Spent over 30 dollars for fast food. I ordered the wings and things and there was barely wimpy sauce on the nuggets. A worker saw this and didn’t care about customer service. So I had bonelss wings with no flavor

Great overall experience and the food did not disappoint. I was glad to see that they implemented an employee outside helping the drive-through take orders. This greatly increased the speed of the drive-though when compared to other Zaxbys locations. I would stop here again in the future while traveling through town.
