We had a really great experience here! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. While there aren’t clearly labeled vegan options, the staff knew about what could be made vegan, which was so helpful. We got a few different rolls and pad Thai! Overall, it was great!

Craving that perfect sushi fix again, and Murasaki Japanese absolutely delivered! It’s been a while since our last visit, but the moment we walked in, that familiar, welcoming atmosphere was there. We opted for a selection of their signature rolls and some nigiri, and every single piece was a testament to their commitment to quality. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, practically melting in your mouth. Even with a busy evening, the service remained attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were topped up and our needs met. A minor delay with one of our appetizers was handled with professionalism and a genuine apology, which we really appreciated. The vibrant flavors and the overall dining experience make Murasaki a place we’ll always return to. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional sushi.

We just came from there and have to say the food and service was top notch! We had reservations for Lemoncello originally and were told it would be a 45 minute wait which was ridiculous. So I told my wife let’s check out Murasaki. We didn’t have reservations and had table for us in about 5 minutes. They were very friendly, food didn’t take long to come out and our server was very sweet! Food was really delicious and reasonably priced! We were happy that we ended up at Murasaki for our Valentines Day dinner instead. We will definitely come back!

With small children, it isn’t always easy to go out. So, my husband and I commonly have a date night at home, and we’ve been ordering from here for years. We order via the app, and receive texts with an ETA for when our order should be ready.
After the first time or two of ordering, we realized that you could never count on the ETA and to assume it’d be at least another 20-30 minutes after that. They’re so bad at keeping to those timeframes that we eventually started leaving our house when we received the “your order is ready” text, opting for colder food we’d reheat rather than sitting in a parking lot for an excessive amount of time.
However, tonight officially marked the last time we will order from here. We put our order in acknowledging it was Valentine’s Day and would take longer. A usual 60-minute wait period was 90 tonight; no problem. My husband left the house to pick up our food arriving at the two-hour mark with still no “your food is ready” text. Upon arrival, they looked up our order and after some deliberation said, “we don’t know when we’ll get to your order.” I’m not quite sure why they’d have the app turned on for orders if they couldn’t keep up with the influx, or why they wouldn’t message or call earlier to say they couldn’t make the order.
I guess I should’ve known as they’re repeat offenders, but at some point, figure out how to run a takeout service or move on.

The two of us had dinner here on a week night; apparently they were one server short (it was a holiday). Our food was nicely prepared but was likely sitting a while before getting to our table. We waited a long time between ordering and getting our entrees.
