Service was poor. Had to ask for everything and the restaurant was not very full at all. Also, some of the food on the buffet was almost cold. The cobbler was fair. I did enjoy the boiled shrimp and the salad bar. However the only option for soup was chicken stew and it was very low.

Hostess was snarly and acted like it made her mad when we came in. She then seated us at a dirty table. We moved ourselves. The waitress was great. She was very accommodating. The food was good but not great. Overall the place was dirty.

It was my first and last time there. The walls and floor were dirty around the booth. The coacola cups were old foggy and scratched up. The ppl were extremely nice, even the waitress.
The plates come with large portions and tasted fine.
It’s obvious they make good money but not putting it into fixing the torn leather booths or refreshing the paint.
My sweetie didn’t eat his oysters. Said they tasted funny and that the bathroom was old and ratty in which the floor was sunken.
Great family and small town feel. I’d like to see them do better!

Everything was great except for part of the food!!! I ordered a flounder fillet plate with loaded baked potato!!!
The loaded baked potato and hush puppies were absolutely delicious!!!
The flounder needed to be a little crisper and the slaw was not good at all.
I will go back and give it another try in a few months!!!

If you like food that taste like a 5 year old is learning how to cook for the first time then go here. The hush puppies were awful and everything on the buffet was cold. Service sucks as well, took forever to get drinks and the place wasn’t even busy. I can’t even describe this place as mediocre.
