I just had such an insane experience here I felt compelled to share. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, something that typically takes about 20 seconds to heat. I waited “6 minutes” apparently I was told by the cashier- before politely asking for an update. The food hadn’t even been touched since I placed the order. The cashier responded with such an extreme attitude that I was genuinely taken aback. I wasn’t rude or demanding- just checking because I was running late to an appointment, I just had bloodwork done, and I’m pregnant so I was feeling a little light headed.
I understand they were busy and had a lot of orders. Instead of a simple explanation or apology, she handed me the sandwich with an incredibly sarcastic “here you go,” as if I had done something wrong by asking. I have never experienced that level of rudeness for a microwaved sandwich. Delays happen- attitude like that shouldn’t. Completely unacceptable customer service

Disappointed with my experience today. My drink order was made incorrectly, which I understand can happen. However, when I asked for it to be remade, the staff gave me looks and laughed behind my back as if I couldn’t hear them. That part was really uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service should be respectful, especially when fixing a mistake.

This is very beautiful Starbucks. 1st time here. GPS suggested this location as on my way and I’m happy I decided to stop by. In fact I just wanted to take out, but decided to stay and drink my latte inside.
Customer service was great, very polite barisats took care of me.
I liked the openness of the coffee shop, Walls of glass/ windows.
Plenty of tables outside. The whole area is very clean and inviting, looks like a mini town inside a town.
The only thing I really disliked about this Starbucks is their bathroom. It was really bad. 1st of all the bathroom was old and not as modern looking as the store, but I can live with old as long it’s clean. The toilet… I don’t even want to think what was outside of it and inside
I get that customers do those kind of nasty jobs in there (I believe they had separate bathroom for employees), but employees need to check and keep it clean. I was there around 9 am, and that thing on and in the toilet looked old…
That bathroom is the reason I reduced a star. If it was clean I would have given more than 5.
Parking is not next to the Starbucks, but across the front in front of it next to Chipotle. There are parking on the back side as well, I didn’t go there, just saw it.

I ordered in person a small coffee. I stood there for a bit wondering why I hadn’t gotten my small coffee right away…..(Only a couple people there before me) Even after the people were given their orders. I was still left standing there waiting for a small coffee! I said something to the guy who took my order and still watched them put me to the side! THEY ARE MORE FOCUSED ON MOBILE ORDERS IT SEEMS! I ORDERED A SMALL COFFEE! Moral of the story is don’t go there if you have somewhere to be even if it’s a small order!

This Starbucks location has to be the most friendly staffed location I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been so many like all of us!). They constantly are putting samples of new drinks out for customers to try, always kind, courteous and happy. Such a great environment, well done.. !!

Definitely a five star coffee shop! The wait wasn’t too bad at this Starbucks coffee located near the Bridgewater Commons and I ordered a Venti Non Fat caramel mochiatto. The location was nice and the staff was friendly. What made this a five star is that my drink was made perfect! I’m Really glad that I stopped at this location and I highly recommend it especially since Starbucks is no longer inside the mall.

Location is great if you are shopping in the area, but not an early morning pick up coffee on the way to work. Came on a Saturday late morning for a ice tea and the wait was OK – about 10 mins. Definite more than I expected. This location is clean and comfortable albeit not a lot of tables.

Friendly as you walk in but super slow and understaffed. Spent 20 minutes in line to get to the front for the only cashier to explain he’s not taking orders to step away to take mobile orders.

Baristas here have a good vibe which is contagious. Love them for the service they do and for the fab drinks they make. They greet each and every customer when entered and that’s what makes this place special.

Clean and not crowded today. Made my green matcha latte with almond milk perfectly! There was a huge broken glass that they were cleaning up, maybe the person didn’t get his/her drink right. ; )
