Went here ordered a 12 piece nugget got one nugget that was hard as a rock and was leaving was going to give the dog my extra nuggets so I went up and placed the nugget on the counter and asked to swap it out. Manager came up and accused me of throwing the nugget . Liers at this location instead of swapping out a single nugget they lied. I told that manager pull your cameras I didn’t throw nothing at nobody. I have been a service worker before and have more respect than that period. They are liers and instigators at this location won’t eat here anymore Johnson City locations are way better.

Hapeville to get a decent chicken sandwich! That’s about an hour drive , before 285 was built and we were in North Sandy springs! Perimeter mall has a NEW Chick Fil -A store wow! From then on I was hooked. 50 years later, I’m back in the south , so happy to find you here? In TN.❤️

This place is the place of all places. Its like an angelic choir bursting into a song you can feel in your soul. It’s that big warm hug Gives you when things just dont feel right. From the toasted buns to the chicken that was baptized in the holiest of waters and the chefs kiss of pickles, this place will have you surrendering it all and crying out hallelujah. At the end of it all its topped off with those famous words “My Pleasure”

Food still good as always. But the recent renovation & remodel is terrible. People who think it’s reasonable are delusional. Not only does the line block cars in the parking lot, but it takes so mich longer and employees are still having a hard time getting used to the way it works. Should probably go to Johnson City or Bristol because Kingsport has ruined their’s.

Always great workers. Rarely make mistakes. I’ve noticed all restaurants around here are all saying “my pleasure” to copy this place lol. This is my favorite place to eat. You have to try Chick fil a dip sauce! Also the brownie is good.
