First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

We came around 1130 on Sunday. We expected post-church rush eaters atop the usual crowd. There was also what appeared to be a traveling soccer team. With this crowd a reasonable and prudent individual should expect a slower service. Despite this crowd, the kitchen, the servers, and the rest of the staff did a absolutely PHENOMENAL job taking care of everyone, and within a reasonable time frame. Our food was warm, it was prepared well, and it was delicious. It was worth the wait.
To the rude, self entitled woman that had the audacity to walk to the kitchen and berate her server about if her food was coming, shame on you. You then walked ten feet away and stood there, standing in everyone’s way and shook your head in disapproval. The only thing you accomplished was slowing your’s and everyone else’s service. Go to a drive-thru fast-food chain if you want that expedient of service.
This establishment is attentive and professional. I can’t praise just our server, because every single staff member there was working hard and with efficiency. Thank you for the wonderful food, and thank you for your patience for even the rudest of customers.

First watch for my first experience I would have to say it was amazing . Our server Juliann was such a good server , she asked if we wanted drinks to appeal to her audience and she did a great job for order accuracy ‘ speed and service great job first watch thank you . Will return. And as for the boss goes great job he was aware of his restaurant and very observant I like that

We were told a 15 minute wait when put on the list. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for the table. Once sat, the server Grace was very nice. It took over an hour to receive our food. One of my friend’s ordered the French toast and that didn’t come for another 20-25 minutes. We were told that “it was coming out” but still continued to wait. We would just appreciate more honesty from this place instead of being on our toes waiting throughout our entire 2 hours of being here.

Incredible brunch spot. Steadily busy place, but minimal wait (10-15) for a full house. Servers are prompt and give suggestions. The food was as good as the menu depicted. The SoCal breakfast hash had so many flavors, I had to take a second picture after I started in. Brittany was a great server as well!

My family came in right after church and we were promptly seated. We were warmly welcomed as well! Our order was taken quickly…food came out within minutes and everything was fantastic! Our server Hayden was phenomenal!

I love the service at First Watch. We always have the best service from Justin and Lauren our favs. Today, our waitress was Alicia and the service was absolutely delightful!
