Landed here in PR in mid January, had a wonderful breakfast the morning before our cruise. Our service was exceptional, coffee, and food excellent! My husband said the club sandwich with fries were tasty! I had the Ashton special (eggs and famous french toast). I made the french toast Royal. The fruits were very sweet and the nutella added was so so good! Great music playing too! We will definitely be back when we come back to Puerto Rico.

We have been here in San Juan for a week and love to try all the foods ! This is the best restaurant/ food by far!!! We got to starters, Cuban Egg Rolls and the Spicy Crab Tostones…. Starting out as our favorite new foods of the week. The we moved on to the French Mess and the Full House! They were amazing sandwiches that we attempted to share. They were so big there was no way to finish. 10star food and service!!

This restaurant has a great selection of food. I went on Thanksgiving so it was pretty busy snd the service was slow. The food was tasty and the staff was very friendly. It took a while for the food to come out. I suggest you try the place because of the great menu. It reminds me of a New York diner. You have to go to the counter to pay and there is a lot going on. There are a ton of staff running food and a bunch of customers ordering takeout. I would go back, but not if I was in a rush.

French Mess! The best French toast I ever had. Staff was great, friendly and attentive. There is a huge selection of food and I also came back to have a cheeseburger and fries as well as a mocha. Thank you all for a great experience.

Incredible brunch/lunch today at Pannes. My wife enjoyed the French Toast which was massive and delicious. I went the lunch route and had a Tripleta sandwich and that was one hell of a sandwich. We both enjoyed a nice coffee and were in/out in less than an hour. Our server Maria was super friendly and responsive, so overall a great experience.

In our recent trip to San Juan, we stayed in the Condado beach area and tried out Pannes, based on Google reviews. It turned out to be such a relaxing and welcoming place. It was right after our flight into San Juan and we were looking for a place to grab a snack. A cold beer with fish tacos were just what we needed, Thank You.

PANNES is a must-visit in San Juan! Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the salmon dinner later that evening was absolutely perfect — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
