We showed up after a soccer game at like 9:30 and the drive thru was packed. I thought the employees might be a little upset with us for going inside and just adding to their work load so closely to the end of the night. The exact opposite happened actually, they went above and beyond and were very kind. We will definitely be making it a weekly after games visit!!

I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted by today’s experience at this location. As I was pouring out my sweet tea, a hairball came out of the cup. Im sick to my stomach. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I have visited this location before and never experienced anything like this, which makes it even more upsetting. Basic food safety standards including wearing proper hair restraints like hairnets should always be enforced. There is no excuse for something like this ending up in a customer’s drink. I will be waiting for someone to respond to this. I expect this issue to be taken seriously, addressed immediately, and corrective actions put in place to ensure it does not happen again to anyone else.

I came here on December 20th during their Christmas event with Santa cow. We came in when all the presents were gone, and was immediately greeted by staff and gave my kids one. Later, my daughter dropped her nuggets on the floor and was disappointed. This wonderful staff noticed it and brought me over new nuggets for her. I am so thankful for that, as I couldn’t afford to buy her more. Everyone is so kind. Thank you!!

Originally a mistake was made where a spicy chicken sandwich was served instead of a deluxe. Me and my dad were unsure who got it even thought we were both sure we both got a deluxe verbally. Catie, one of the workers overheard this conversation and immediately took action and brought lettuce, tomato, and cheese, free of cost, in order to make the regular spicy chicken sandwich a deluxe without hesitation. Me and my family greatly appreciated the gesture. Not only that within minutes a manager with a black top (unsure of his name) came to our table personally to make sure everything was good with our table. I usually never write reviews but this 5 star is well deserved and would get 6 stars if that was an option. Best chick-fil-a I’ve been to, even with living in every region of the country.

Normally Chick fil A gets 5 stars from me and everyone makes mistakes but some mistakes are from the devil being in the details. We visited this store while my daughter was recovering from surgery so we sat and ordered from the table. Our food didn’t come out. Others ordered after us got their food before us. The App said a member would be out with our food. Still nothing. My daughter, who normally doesn’t want me to say anything because I’m a hot head, stated I should say something. I did politely. Come to find out my food was on the pickup shelf. Mind you sandwiches are wrapped with a sticker that says dine in which means it should have been trayed instead of bagged. Then the sticker on the bag says dine in. A reasonable person should have caught this. The drive thru was busy but not the dining room. Then the workers give me an attitude when they made the mistake?

CHIK fil A. You Guys do have awesome chickhen sandwiches & a variety of sauces to compliment them 2. But I hate to do this to yall. I still have nightmares from time to time from this incident… Years back, I ordered a #1 combo w/large sweetened tea curled fries. Yes, I used to love THIER tea. Long story shortend, and shortly demolishing that # 1 combo. I topped off that meal for a quench off my USED to be favorite thirst quencher Sweetend &brimmed with ice. As I zlurped down, I felt something slightly odd in my mouth. With a side tilt from my head. I slowly spat out the contents from my mouth to see dark gelatinous & moldly substance being spewd out off my mouth. I would of reacted differently now, but silently I came around to see the manager and told him kindly to please check the tea dispenser. SINCE, I have not stepped in another chikfila. SAVE CHICKHENS! ;(

Second week of December and they’re handing over peppermint chip milkshakes without the chocolate chips! All I got was a cup of peppermint ice cream….total let down and no heads up when ordering if they were out of chips. $5 is too much to waste on a milkshake if it’s not even made as it should be. Booo
