Since my wife and I tasted Culver’s when we went to IL/WI in May this year, we became serious fans on their burgers – we live in CT so only pizzas are the only good stuff. Everytime I am on a business trip to a state where Culver’s exists, I stop by and get like 4 to 6 burgers to bring home – and yet they are still tasty and good. I just want my wife to have it too.
This time, I stayed in Nogales for a couple of days and I accidently saw Culver’s while driving on I-19. That’s when I realized that God blessed AZ has Culver’s restaurants here and there.
I stopped at this right before I drove back to the airport, and Kari (I believe, I got the “tellus” card with her name but I coudldn’t find the survey code on my receipt) was friendly and amazing to make my orders perfect. Got 6 cheese burgers, and didn’t think through that bacons on each burger would cost more than I expected so had to take them off. Then my concrete mixer had cheesecake crumbs but then it turned out there were in somewhere else which was not ready.
She could’ve told me that the toppings are not ready, but instead she made it work – it took a little time but I’d rather wait to taste it than just rush out which Lord knows when I would come back to wherever Culver’s is. Oh and I felt sad that I ordered the mini size – should’ve stuck with the small one like I always did.
I really wished that I could do the survey, but my receipt doesn’t have the code to let me do it – I typed every single thing to see if any works. So, here I am – thank you for the fineset service, I really hope to be sent to Nogales again so I can visit here as well.
* I’ve been to different Culver’s – near Oak Creek & Middleton (WI), Chicagoland (IL), North Olmsted (OH), Monroe (MI) and here but this was the only place where all staff greeted me not only Kari when I was leaving – it made me really happy.

The customer service was phenomenal. The butter burger was huge, a double, and amazing. I paid a super affordable price for cheese curds, a burger, and a large drink. On top of all that – they have frozen custard that is truly the best fast food ice sweet treat I’ve ever had. I will always be back for the diet Culver’s root beer as well. Top tier all around – keep up the great work!

This restaurant was outside my hotel so I stopped by and grab a salad. It was a chicken salad which was prepared fresh. The chicken was nice and hot and the vegetables were good and crunchy. They have a lot of restaurant choices on the food menu from fish to hamburgers And lots of desserts. I definitely recommend this fine dining establishment if you want something quick and easy.

Well I got spoiled by the Sierra Vista Culver’s which was way way better than this. I will say the beef on my hamburger was that fresh 93% not frozen patties. But it just didn’t taste as good as the Culver’s in Sierra Vista do they smash the burgers so that they’re flat. And they just want to see a Sierra Vista. The bathroom was not as clean as a Culver’s bathroom should be. After all Culver’s is several steps above any other fast food restaurants there are absolutely no people in here it was completely empty at 1:00 p.m. on a Wednesday which was shocking I guess I know why why paid twice the price for a burger if they’re not going to clean the bathroom.

While waiting for my to-go order I saw a dad and his toddler. Toddler was chewing on one of those plastic order number things. One of your employees, male with glasses, saw the kid chewing on the order number thing and took it away from him, but instead of washing it off, he simply put it back on the stack with the rest of the order numbers. The next unlucky customer who gets handed is in for a gross surprise. Makes me really question the hygienic standards of this restaurant.

Always enjoy Culvers. I really like the fried fish dinner. Freshly made, hot and crispy. Not a bad price for the amount of food you get. Mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw slaw were great also. Dinner roll came with butter. No complaints here.

Today is New Year’s Eve And when we stop by to grab a bite to eat. There was great service at the window and amazing service from May , bringing out our food in the rain. Thank you, culvers for a wonderful 2025 .We’ll see you in 2026. Happy New Year.

Came here to eat all discount tire was working on my car and I really enjoyed the food. I got the Swiss sandwich and it was amazing as is. The cheesecurds were pretty good too. I didn’t know you had to buy ranch separately but otherwise really good

They consistently forget items, give you the wrong items, have cold food, burgers have not been fully cooked multiple times, will clean around you while you eat, and they frequently ignore you when you are there to pick up your order. We will likely not be going here ever again, through delivery or in-person. Some of the employees are nice, I will say that, but overall I do not recommend this specific campbell location.
