I was there, waiting to pick up someone and good the Southwest Egg rolls and asparagus….a long time favorite and they didn’t disappoint. My waitress was really sweet and attentive; I wish I could remember her name. But it was a very pleasant, low key experience.

Everything was fine and the food was good I only have one complaint. Its seems as for the appetizers that they were already made before we ordered them which I can see as a proactive positive but it has one downfall. They came out quick but they were not hot hot and warm which would make them that much better since sometimes taste doesn’t solely complete the dish . The main food was hot and perfect. Even I was surprised at the size of my burger!
Plenty of free parking and the wait time was not outrageous.

Upon arrival, the hostess seemed a bit confused about where to seat us. It took a few minutes to get a table. There were plenty of tables available. Once seated, it took a while to get our order placed but overall our waitress was really nice.
I ordered the smokehouse pick three. Overall, the flavor was delicious, but the ribs were overcooked. The temperature of the foods was all different. The ribs were nice and hot and also the corn. The fries and chicken crispers were all lukewarm. I really enjoyed the honey chipotle, chicken crispers. The flavor was on point and had just a nice amount of spice and heat. It was the highlight of the dish for me.
There was also garlic bread, on the back of it, it had a small amount of melted cheese and a small piece of chicken. I did not have any cheese as part of my meal. It appeared that they had it on someone else’s plate, took it off and put it on mine. Please refer to the picture where you can see the cheese on the toast. My husband enjoyed his black bean burger, but he also said his burger and fries were also lukewarm.

So let me tell yall about my server Journey Her energy was everything we celebrated my son’s 9th birthday today and ended the day here at chilis his favorite spot…yes we had to wait 45 mins buts it’s Saturday so we expected it but the service she gave was well worth it in this day and age people hate their jobs journey is a people person and we need to acknowledge more good then bad thank you Journey for your great serve you were everything and more tonight… I forgot to take pics of the food and the cheese pull but everything was great

We chose Chili’s as our go-to spot while traveling from Texas, and the food was great. My only minor note is that I wished the portions were a bit larger. However, our server, Kenya, absolutely made our day!
Kenya was genuinely hospitable and truly went above and beyond. Her level of care and service was amazing —I wish more servers were like her. We will definitely be returning to this specific location because of the wonderful experience she provided. Thank you, Kenya! You have the aura of an angel

I ordered the chipotle honey wings; the sauce was way too thick it overpowered the wing flavor. The blue cheese was hardly flavorful. The staff was kind and quick, however, the smell of the restaurant reeked of weed. Also, the sanitation rating is a 94.00. Just to put that out there. And no one was wearing gloves in the back.

Waited 30 minutes to get seated. After we sat down it took 5+ minutes for a waitress to say “sorry just one second”.
She then proceeded to walk past us 7 times while hiding her face to serve surrounding tables for the next 10 minutes. Rather than just taking our order.
The surrounding parties were large groups and we were just a group of 2. So I can only assume we weren’t as important because the tip wouldn’t be as big.
Yet another reason that tipping culture is trash.
I’m happy to wait before getting seated if a place is busy. But don’t have me wait another 15 minutes after getting seated to get my order taken.
We eventually just left because clearly the restaurant wasn’t staffed correctly.
