Nothing fancy sub shop and that’s what makes it great. I’ve been going to this place for years and not much has changed. They have fresh ingredients and make it to order. Way better than other more nationally known chains. They usually have a daily special that’s a good deal. The people are always nice too.

First time here. I was greeted with a smile and the employees were really nice and pleasant. However I ordered a salad and had wayyy more lettuce than toppings. I could literally count my olives, cucumbers & banana peppers. Their ranch is made in house and is very good ! Pics shows before and all the extra lettuce I had left over without a topping in sight

My wife and I stopped here for the first time to grab a bite of lunch. We walked in and no other customers were in there. There were 2 employees standing around and talking to each other behind 1 counter where they prepared your food, and another one walking around a counter where the wall menu was behind and the cash register. None of them ever said a word to us until I had to ask where do we order our food? We ordered and got no instructions where to get our drinks. The food was ok, but the service is lacking. I’m not sure if I will eat here again.

Folks, don’t want to be negative but this place is a downer. Service to the food is average at best.Walked in nobody said Welcome,went to the counter ordered and paid for the food. Then you were on your own. Nobody said what do you want on your Sub had to ask about it to another person who said she will help you. Yep

Phenomenal sub sandwiches! Excellent quality, hand carved meats and cheeses. Delicious selection of fresh baked breads. Wide variety of fresh veggies too. All served up in a clean, family friendly environment. Customer service is top notch as well. Definitely recommend visiting this local gem! Get the #19 Super Special on Sweet Wheat all the way!! You won’t regret it!! I drive miles out of my way just for that sub!!

I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of food @ ANY substation ii, this location is no exception. Very clean. They have great food, service, & employees. Bathrooms were really clean too, which is always a big plus for me anywhere but esp restaurants. Recommendations: the #13 sub on white bread has been a family favorite for over 20+ yrs. Conveniently located about a minute or 2 mins off of Hwy 85!

If I could give it a 0 I would. I ordered a steak and cheese sub. Got home and it looked like this. I don’t even know what kind of meat that is. Looks nothing like whats pictured on the web site. And they close at 8 so couldn’t even take it back. NEVER AGAIN!!

Today when I walked in (this being my fourth visit), there was a worker sitting on a counter behind the register with her legs crossed and sneakers on the counter. I asked if any food was prepped on that particular counter and was told that it was “just our back counter,” but I noticed that a microwave was on that counter as well. I’ve been there before, and there was an employee sitting on this same counter listening to music and scrolling on their phone. Can’t they do this somewhere else besides the counter behind the register – right in front of paying customers?
I also found this interesting because this restaurant is generally not very clean from what I have witnessed during my visits. I have been there before when the AC was out, so I excused the mess and the flies. I have been there when a mess made from a prior sandwich was still on the chopping board while the employees were sitting around. But today, upon seeing the girl in that position on the back counter, as well as many crumbs from the bread machine not being cleaned and employees being way too laid back, it really seemed like cleanliness was still not a priority as it should have been. It was almost like they believed “anything goes as long as we put on gloves to make the sandwich.” This just isn’t enough!
This is not the first time I’ve felt like there were enough employees working to keep the area behind the counter and the sandwich-making area much cleaner. I really want to like this place because the subs I have tried have been great, but I cannot continue to go there if cleanliness and true professionalism are not exhibited.
