It’s always nice to get off a long day, after you forgot to take something out, being able to swing by and grab dinner with a smile and true appreciation for my time and money spent was refreshing. The lack of cheese on the two pies we got is criminal. I guess with Pizza Hut you are required to do extra cheese to even see it on the pie. Not an issue at any other pizza place Ive been to in town. Crust is also too sweet.

Worst pizza I’ve seen in a long time.
Ordered a box dinner. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were fine, but the pizza was pathetic. The toppings barely covered the crust on most slices so I was just eating overcooked bread. I was looking forward to a cheesy, saucy pizza but instead got this disappointment.
I hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in a while, and I likely won’t be anytime soon.

Ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and there was almost no sauce on it. Was very disappointing. Papa John is much better and has sauce. There wasn’t much bacon on it either. Just a couple crumbs. Also almost $28 for a 14 inch pizza.

I think this place should be boycotted how much their trying to charge for a single pizza or with anything over a topping you just charged me 32$ for the same 17 dollar pizza I bought a month or two ago ridiculous never litterally buying from them again way to lose a life long 30 yr customer

If I could, I would give this zero stars. This evening, we tried to place an order online, and the site kept crashing, so we finally got it ordered with the app. We set it for delivery and paid the tip. Over 45 minutes later we got an email saying it was ready for pick up. We tried calling the store multiple times, and the system hung up every time. The automated line would even call back and hang up. Finally we just went down to the store to find out what was going on. The employees were all clueless, said it was the system, and gave us our food. When we got home and looked, it was obvious the food had been under the heaters for a while. With all these issues we will be ordering Domino’s from now on.

The pizza I ordered was honestly terrible. The pan crust was tasteless and stale, almost like they just forgot to season it and the pizza itself flavorless and lukewarm. Overpriced food that just doesn’t have quality or value. It’s like buying the cheapest frozen pizza with no flavor and reheating it.. Good luck trying to use the app because it will crash and hold your points so you cannot use them. I will go back to dominoes from now on.

I received a call from the manager and found out that their phone lines roll over to a call center. DEFINITELY VERIFY WHERE the person is located. It’s a complete game changer! Manager was amazing, provided EXCELLENT customer service and made things right and then some. Definitely appreciated the completely different experience.

Error with online order, called store, explained the issue and without saying anything put me back on hold for almost 8 minutes then disconnected the call. In store the person picking up the order told them of the in issue and they refused to change it unless I went into the store in person even though I had called.

I used to never have any problems with this location. I ordered 2 medium sized pizzas and 2 personal size for my kids. Found strands of hair in all pizzas! The personal size had more strands of hair! We are so disgusted we never finished them and toss them all straight in the trash!

Unfortunately I can’t give a good rating. The manager heard my name and said its in the oven without even looking at other orders. ( same name as another customer) i told him mine was ready per the sign in lobby and the app and he said no its in the oven ,so I sat and waited. The manager then tried to hand me someone else’s order and when I did its not mine he looked confused and was like yes it is. I told him I didn’t have that much food so he finally went and looked in the warmer where my food had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. At that point the food didn’t taste as fresh as it could have been if he paid attention to what I was saying.
