I order a espresso drink venti once I got it drink (inside the cup) was a tall amount half the cup empty. Mind you i had otder this dink before and didn’t have this issue. I called and the manager at the time Melissa said we’ll you didnt ordered extra ice. Im not paying foe extra ice I want the dink nor ice.

Excellent service. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and service is quick. I once had a small issue with my coffee, but the manager resolved it immediately and was exceptionally courteous. I highly recommend this establishment.

WiFi is down for 2 weeks and they don’t have any idea when it will be restored. Ask them to reset it and connect to it whithin 3 minutes, supposebly that works, we heard. We got our strawberry matcha and warm breakfast in under 10 minutes on a Tuesday morning at 9 am.

Amazing staff. Those who are saying the service is slow should also take into consideration that the Starbucks is relatively new.
Staff was amazing. I was a klutz and my drink fell off the couch seat while I sanitizing my table. I was given a new drink, free of charge! They also cleaned up my mess with no issues. I will be coming here again for sure!

I have been in many Starbucks when I travel and for work, but I have to say that the service and atmosphere in this Starbucks in Eagle Pass is phenomenal!!! They make you feel appreciated and welcomed. They’re always smiling and do their best to assure that you have a great experience. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Starbucks. Every time I visit, there’s always an issue with my order. It’s clear that they are severely understaffed, with only a few employees trying to manage a long line of customers. I feel bad for them because they’re overwhelmed, but at the same time, it leads to constant mistakes and long wait times.
Starbucks should definitely hire more staff to improve service. Right now, it’s frustrating to order here because mistakes happen too often, and the wait time just keeps getting longer. I hope they fix this soon!!!!!

I do not recommend coming here, as I was ordering at the speaker and the guy was so rude and not helpful. Very Impatient! He kept rushing me and I felt pressured. When I got to the window Anthony was trying to get rid of me so fast I did not have my drink yet!! He needs more training on how to treat customers!! He shoved my drink in my hand and yelled “Bye” and closed the glass door fast before I can ask for a receipt. I ended up driving away. Worst experience at Starbucks. If Anthony takes your order, good luck. Very rude guy!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel like family.
