Loved the monastery decor and atmosphere. The bells ringing and chanting while you approach the entrance is a nice touch. Service was excellent. Never had to ask for anything, our server was there right when we needed him. Salad bar was excellent. Everything was fresh and the options were plentiful. The food was top notch and our Baked Alaska dessert was delicious and had a great tableside presentation. Will definitely go again if I am in Omaha.

We had a fabulous family lunch meal experience with Nicole as our amazing and attentive service. We started with an appetizer sampler, Oso Bleu cocktails, and a caraf of wine. My rib eye was perfect and savory, as was the asparagus. I enjoyed the fresh salad bar as well. We had frog legs, and prime rib and meat loaf, and ended with a cinnamon cheesecake for dessert. Everything was hot, and plated nicely. We sat by the fireplace and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We will be going back soon, and bring the rest of the family. Well worth the price.

Place came recommended by a colleague and it did NOT disappoint!! Some of the best prime rib I’ve ever had. The bread pudding old fashioned was absolutely amazing!! Pricing was reasonable. Service was very attentive. Different areas throughout restaurant are all themed/decorated a little differently. Salad bar was delicious and well maintained! Delicious bread to start. I will absolutely come back when I’m in town again!!

We are a born and raised Nebraska family. Once a year, we have an “adult night out” and celebrate everyone’s birthdays together. We ALWAYS come to Brother Sabastian’s. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is special, and the service is always on point! Last night, Jessica was our waitress and made the night even more special! Thanks for helping us make memories and stay so consistent, year after year!

Stopped by Brother Sebastian’s while in town and was blown away. Friendly host staff was able to get our group in right away despite a busy (and reservation-packed) evening. Server was friendly and attentive. A large beverage and cocktail menu has something for everyone. Salad bar also had tons of options and dedicated attendants keeping items stocked and the salad bar clean. My sirloin steak was incredible and I was blown away at the value. Trip to the salad bar (with full size plates! No tiny salad bar plates here!) large steak and two sides all for under $30?! In this economy? Highly recommend!

The place is very unique. It doesn’t seem like much from the outside, but it is super cool inside. The staff were very attentive and very cool. My only issue is the steaks. I was so excited to get the ribeye. I asked for it to be cooked medium, but what I got was almost well done. It was dry and flavorless, despite covering it with salt and melted butter. Did I say anything to the waiter for them to fix it? No, but I didn’t want to cause a scene. I’m not going to give them a crappy rating because I didn’t give them the chance to fix it. However, even though it was cooked way beyond what I asked for, it had no flavor and it was very dry. Also, my green beans were almost cold, and I could not chop them up with a fork and knife. Would I come back? Even if they got the meat cooked how I like it, I want flavor. I had a few people at my table who had the exact same experience as I did, but there were a few who had a wonderful experience.

I love this place! It has rustic charm that is matched by great service! The food is delicious and fairly priced. This is the best steak in Omaha don’t be fooled by higher priced places out there. The parking lot will be packed so make sure to call in and get a reservation if you have a large party. Enjoy!

This is one of our favorite go to places for special occasions. For a quiet, intimate setting with a unique theme based atmosphere and outstanding service this place has it all. Starting at the door with the sounds of chanting monks and a warm welcoming entry, you will be escorted to your seat by staff dressed in monestary clothing. With mutiple areas to dine, you will be surrounded by rustic barrels and antique collections perfectly lit with romantic ambiance. This is truly a perfect place for a romantic quiet dinner. The staff are always on their A game and the food is on par with some of the best high end restaraunts around with an even better price tag. The only negative is the salad bar area where the self serve bar is nestled in a narrow portion of the restaraunt that can make it challenging to move when semi crowded, however it is soon forgotten when you get back to your seat and the freshness of the selections hits the pallet. Ribeye and prime rib is our favorite however the seafood and pasta selections are equally amazing. For two people you can expect to pay $150+ including drinks but its money well spent and usually always have enough for lunch the next day. Reservations are encouraged but we have walked in and been seated fairly quick when not on special occassions like Valentines day. Parking on busy nights is competetive with other businesses surrounding the lot however we have always found parking with little effort. Enjoy!

This was my first dining experience with Brothers, and I would definitely return if I’m ever back in Omaha. The ambiance and decor was amazing! The staff were dressed like monks and were very attentive and professional without being a nuisance. My food was prepared perfectly and was delicious but a number of people in my party had steaks served at the wrong temperature. In fairness, they did not ask for it to be remedied but they were a little disappointed given the price. Definitely try the frog legs and scallops as additions to your entrée.

Ely was an amazing waiter. We had a party of 6 for an 80th birthday party last Friday. The food was phenomenal. I couldn’t believe how big the baked Alaska was. This was our first time visiting and we have already recommended it to family and friends. Can’t wait to return if we are ever in Omaha again.
