We’ve usually had good experiences here. However, today there was an extreme wait in the drive thru line. The young people who are running this generally know what they’re doing but didn’t seem to know how to handle a 12 plus minute delay. Several cars left but we were stuck waiting since there’s no escaping the drive thru once you’re in it.

Beth (also known as bad breath on account of her uncouth nature behind closed doors) was somewhat dismissive of me when I first came into the store. It took roughly five minutes before she asked if I had been helped. While this was unfavorable, I was very pleased when my food came out. It was delivered in a timely fashion and the sauce was evenly distributed on every piece of chicken. Except for one. One piece was bare to the world with not a drop of sauce on its slender frame. Apart from those short comings, the service was acceptable. Would come again I suppose. Also stop skimping on the fries I beg!

We had a bad experience. Hopefully yours is better. We went on a Saturday night around 7:30. We ordered a couple burger meals and some ice cream. We didn’t get our meals for about 20 minutes and they were cold. Mine was supposed to have lettuce and there was just one small slice. They were pretty busy serving chill orders.

Went in and ordered 2 meals and a sundae, they forgot our sundae until we reminded them that they forgot it, they didnt give us our fries and they made both burgers wrong (ketchup only and they made them normally) called them to let them know their mistakes and instead of receiving an apology or a way to fix the situation the worker just said “well we’re only human” and made that the end of the conversation. Cant afford to have such a level of incompetence in a small town food place. Very disappointed today.

Couldn’t get our order correct after repeating it three times; then charged the incorrect amount, wouldn’t refund the order and then charged my card again for the full amount plus some. Really disappointed the employee chose to not slow down and rushed me out the of line. It’s only an extra 5-10 bucks but definitely made the trip for ice cream a disappointment, management needs to oversee the young staff better and provide them better training.

Unfortunately the service here isn’t great. Went in with my family and ordered blizzards. Two smalls and two minis so definitely nothing outrageous. Wasn’t too busy when we walked in and ordered either. Well as more people walked in after us started getting their orders before us I started to get a little frustrated. I waited about 15 minutes before really speaking up. Mind you I was also in there with my 15 month old and my 14 year olds who just wanted what they ordered. The young kid behind the counter was actually really rude acting like it was ridiculous I asked where I order was and why everyone else was getting theirs before us. He said he was making ours…rudely giggled with the other teen worker in there and proceeded to continue to give people in the drive thru and more people who walked in behind us their orders. At that point I really was upset and again asked where our order was to yet another young teenager. They too gave some excuses and acted like I was frustrated for no reason. Took me 20 minutes to get my order. They really should have someone older in management supervise the younger staff because they shouldn’t be working there without help. Over all not a great experience.
