The young tall man Ben with glasses was very helpful and very kind . He was the most helpful person that I ever encountered at noodles and any fast food sit down restaurant. I dinned in. I seen that it was very busy but he always checked up on us to make sure we had everything. Besides the food taking as long as it did for a big family like mine. The food came out correct and he check up on me and my family like two time. I seen Ben work at the other location on 124th and capital. Literally the only one that brought the good vibes to that location including good costumer service at capital most of the people there had horrible attitudes and seem like they didn’t want to be there. But Ben made it looked like he liked it there. Or maybe he was faking everything . But I’m so happy he got transferred to the new location on Mayfair road. We need more employees like him. I Definitely would recommend this location if you want the best experience. Mostly when Ben is working lol.

If I could give no stars for this unprofessional place I would. I stood at the register for 7 mins and nobody acknowledged that I was there or stated that they would be right with me. There were two women in back working but never said hello or Ill be right with you. The place was not busy at all there was only one person waiting for his food. So when I asked if anybody was going to help me the employee stated that there is only two of them. I looked around because there were no other customers in the lobby other then the one I stated. Either they are racist or just did not want to give service to me. I would never stop here again and I hope their management does better at hiring employees that are respectful and won’t allow money to walk out the door because of their lack of service.

Very confusing experience. When you walk into this Noodles, no one is at the counter. The employees just look up at you and stare, and eventually someone will come over when they feel like it. Several people were waiting over 10 minutes, and the line grew to about four families. I don’t understand this level of service, especially for a newer restaurant.

Waited over 20 minutes for a single meal with no explanation or apology. I finally asked for a refund since I was on a time limit. Manager Ashley lost it! She was overstressed and became angry. I left without my food or refund figuring I could deal with a higher up manager the next day. However, Ashley proceeded to follow me out of the building and stood behind my vehicle while complaining to her “boss” just because I asked for a refund. I asked her if I needed to call the cops or if she was going to move away from my vehicle. This behavior is unacceptable and unsafe! I tried reaching out to the district manager but never heard back. After a couple days I did receive my refund and Ashley was still employed so they obviously don’t care that their managers can’t handle stress, follow customers outside the building and make them feel unsafe. Ashley should NOT be a manager or employed there with her anger issues.

We chose this Noodles and co. location to cater for our Baby Shower to feed roughly 60 people. Although delivery to our venue was not an option (I’m not sure why) the pick up was smooth and easy. Everything was ready on time, thoroughly explained to us and absolutely delicious. We are very happy with our decision.

This location is fine, but I give negative start to the phone menu that takes your order. That is literally the worst especially if a mistake is made or they dont understand. By the time I got to a real person and finished my order, I was already pulling up to noodles which was not the location they were making my order for anyway so I told them id just order inside now instead of going through that bull again.

I had ordered delivery and payed 22.08 for that now I understand why but if I’m paying that much I should be getting all my food. I was missing a Rice Krispie treat that costed 3.25.

The other day I ordered and was about to pay for my food with my credit card, and once I put my chip in the cashier literally without asking me or letting me decide if I wanted to give a tip the cashier just pressed the 10% button. In the moment I didn’t want to cause a scene, but that is just disrespectful towards a customer as a worker deciding your own tip without letting the customer have a choice or even allowing them to press the button on their own. This Noodles and company needs to train this cashier better.

I understand places are busy, but I waited half an hour for a single plate of noodles and didn’t even get an apology. There’s also no where to stand comfortably and wait for your order. Overall, very disorganized for being such a new location and the entire staff looks lost. Hope you all can work the kinks out soon, especially since majority of your customers are here on a timed lunch break.
