McDonald’s food is great for the price and convenience. I only wish they strive more to transfer into a healthier menu, and got more items like fruit smoothies and fresh squeezed juices. I also wish they started back outlets to let people charge devices as after the Covid-19 it is almost impossible to find the spot except in Starbucks.

The lady that took the order was amazing, quick and polite, BUT!!!!! this has gotta stop ✋ like I’m slightly allergic to pickles and they keep putting it on the burger with the label stating no pickle. Pay attention could really harm someone!

The food, on a better day, can be standard for McDonald’s eats, but I have a serious issue with the service at this location. I have gone multiple times and rarely are the employees competent. More often than not, there won’t be anyone at the front counter and no one will come unless a particularly bold customer shouts for service. When an employee does appear, they will often get orders mixed up and hand out bags to people that definitely don’t want them.

The cashier will usually request you digitally put in your order despite having a perfectly functional register they COULD use but won’t because management is pushing for the removal of cashiers by going digital. I’ll put in my order by hand and have a receipt to show it, and the kitchen will still give me ingredients I didn’t want. This location frustrates me and has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I’m only giving it two stars because the fries are still great, as they would be at any location.

Service was a little slow considering there was only 2 people in-line and the drive thru was pretty dead. Not slow enough you would leave or wish you had went somewhere else but if you only have a 30 minute lunch break I would make sure you’re no more than 5 minutes away. Aside from that it was clean, the employees are attentive and friendly, and the food was what you expect from the world’s largest restaurant chain.

The girl was super cute (I’m here now, she is wearing a manager or assistant manager or shift leader shirt, not the crew member shirt) but was bitchy towards me after I had asked what the code to the restroom is so I could wash my hands after working construction all day, she said they don’t give the code out, I said I don’t care what the code is and she snapped something about not having to let me use it. She said I was being rude, although I think she is just having a bad day and I was not rude at all. Additionally, her coworker was cool and let me in to wash up and said she has a lot of bad days here.

I ordered through the app for the first time. Great service gave me the option of how to pick it up. The food was fresh. I always enjoy coming to this location. I never have any problmes especially with it’s location off of the lightrail. Thank you.

My son went in briefly at around 6:30 am and was told the bathrooms weren’t open even though he has irritable bowel syndrome which makes it medically hard to hold bladder etc first he was told by the employee that he wouldn’t be allowed to use bathroom and even the on-site manager was trying to double down and not let him use the bathroom it wasn’t until he had to get argumentative with them and start recording that he was allowed to use the bathroom. This has been the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had from a McDonald’s ever, my son didn’t catch the managers name or employee however McDonald’s should take a look at employees that were on-site that day and take a look. From a legal perspective this has been a thing people have fought lawsuits over and won McDonald’s needs to be careful with who they’re hire.

I ordered double fish sandwich. They made it fresh. The bun was so hot and moist. It was perfect! This was the best fish sandwich I’ve ever had from McDonald’s so far. Perfect amount of tartar sauce. Awesome balance.
